Despite what the pictures in the description show, it’s a thin single layer mat. Also despite what the instructions show on the product insert, there is no distinction between either side. It shows a non-slip side vs the fire resistant side, but both sides seem pretty identical. Otherwise, it does the job. We were getting a lot of splatter and grease stains on our wood deck, and this will help prevent that. For the price, money well spent.

Very difficult to get clean once some dirt gets on it. Has a texture to it that you can't spray off any dust and dirt. You have to scrub it with a brush even then it's difficult at best
