Terrible assembly instructions! I had to google it for instruction to put it together. No holder for the pencil and no bag to attach for clothing, snacks, etc. Have used it for two rounds and it works well.

The main issue I have is with the folding process. There is a main turn crank which secures the chassis to the steering arm. If you aren't aware (that would be me) you can cross threaded this crank without realizing it (that would be me) and end up with a lifelong torturous process for expanding and collapsing the cart for use and storage. For the cost, very, very disappointing. [Still shaking head]. The cart functions great and was a pleasure to use on a very hilly course; except for realizing the one buying feature (brake) doesn't really exist for true hills. Charge lasted a full 18 on a course where you never hit to a level green.

I purchased the cart due to reviews and lightness of cart. Problems with cart stopping why using remote. Several discussions with company rep who felt batteries for remote were not strong enough. Bought best batteries available, received a new remote and faced same results. Cart now cutting off without remote. Tilt wheel remote came off at weld point. Not a durable cart.

I am wondering how I receive a replacement as well past the 30 day return window. We have had some minor issues from the start and they keep getting worse. The other day my cart took off and acted as if it was possessed. It was working perfectly and then 11 holes in things started to get funky. Then on one hole the cart would not stop and I was running around in circles as it was reving uncontrollably. Then it would not work at all....and it was challenging to get cart off the course. Please help!!!! I forgot to push send as this was a year ago and a friend is still trying to get the right parts to fix this. Do not buy this push cart!!!

Reasonable value, but the remote control is problematic. It lacks a mesh bag and the scorecard and ball holder look like an afterthought.
