When I lost my first phone it was time to upgrade. I purchased a Pixel 6 and this phone case. Installing the case was easy enough, everything seemed to fit fine, I didn't put any more thought into it as I was preparing to fly out to Boston the following day. Upon using the phone for my flight boarding pass I thought I had purchased a phone with a defect. The touch screen seemed to react slowly or the tapping wouldn't always take. When I arrived at my hotel I removed the phone from the case and found the phone was just fine. The clear part of the case that covers the touch screen was the problem. The clear material of the case doesn't fit snuggle over the touch screen preventing the touch screen for receiving your inputs. The outer area of the case protects the phone nicely and makes it easy to grip without adding a whole lot of extra bulk. I decided to remove the clear area of the case and the phone works as I'd expect it to. The stand works well for face timing. ... show more

SUPCASE for my Pixel 6 Pro phone is an extremely sturdy, protective case, and offers a good surface to grasp & retain the phone. I use this case because it will help keep my phone safe and undamaged from minor spills, rain, an occasional slip or drop. It's clear screen fits as well as it can over the curved glass screen of the Pixel 6 Pro, with an area for the finger reader that's a balance of 'protection over convenience,' which may be a bit slower to read fingerprints. The phone has a setting to increase sensitivity to help the fingerprint reader. The camera area is well protected and without sacrificing any of the Pixel 6 Pro's functions; a raised ridge around the camera aids in its handling. This case has a stand fold out piece, on the back that allows the case to lay the phone on a table, for viewing or conversation. The advantage of the fold out piece, it helps me hold my phone when taking photos by hand. Wireless charging works well in the SUPCASE. ... show more

For the complaints re no glass screen protector perhaps description can be better but photo at this time was clear to me. I think Supcase can avoid the issue by just supplying 2 front frames, one with and one without the plastic screen protector. I had UB installed on more than 30 phones of different model and so far no drop breakage. This compared to even ruggedized phone like Kyocera with Sapphire screens which some had managed to crack the screen. For my own device I tend to rip out the plastic screen protector as I prefer the smoothness and feel of a temper glass screen protector. And the plastic film tend to get scratched up over time. So this without the built in protector saves me that step. Again I wish Supcase would just supply both front frame and let the buyer chose what to use. The front frame is a little bigger on the bottom then the top. I used the Amfilm tempered glass protector https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09HC1CHF4/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_Z41GQT6GV7XJGP4RHWC1 with this case. Good fit, make sure you areinstall paying attention to fit to top as much as possible to avoid overlap at the bottom with front frame to avoid bubble in the glass screen protector. So far 2 phone, no issue with bubbling or finger print scanning. This is a fat case as it uses the camera lip to add more space for protection. So the back is completely flat vs thinner cases which will have a overhang but less protection as the camera module will take the initial brunt first on half of back drop scenerio. ... show more

This is the highest quality phone case I've found. I can throw my phone over my shoulder without a flinch: this case does not allow any damage to occur to the phone.
