Just got this thing and my first impressions are its heavy duty and my 40mm watch popped in with no problem at all. I have discovered that it is not compatible with screen protectors as its snug fit will push the edges up making it bubble like crazy. UPDATE: I've had this case for about a week now and after beating the ever loving hell out of it I cannot find anything to complain about. The material is durable and has managed to survive my daily rigors of being a maintenance tech who often forgets or disregards the $250 watch that's strapped onto my wrist, which leaves it to be smacked, whacked, and even on occasion smashed throughout the day. And yet with all that abuse this case has kept my watch in good shape while maintaining its functionality. If you are hard on your watch then I recommend this case 👍👍. Update 2: samsung just released the ECG update for the active 2 watch and this case does not allow for that function so I cut out the rubber button bit and it works perfectly now while maintaining the durability of the case. Case was so tight it's making my watch stay in a constant reboot stage. So I guess I can't even use this thing. Case looks a lot better in pics than up close. It looks decent but no use if you can't put your watch in it. Maybe I can stretch it out somehow.

I was a little hesitant to buy this watch case cause it said it only fit the Active 2 watch. I bought it and found out that it does fit the Active 1 watch very well. I even have a Rinke bezel on my Active 1 watch which gives it a tighter fit. The sensor still works and the buttons are easy to push. I highly recommend this watch case not just for looks, but durability as well. It is a very high quality product. ... show more

bought this the other day as my watch strap broke. Doesn't come close to fitting. Fits so tight it forces my watch to try and reboot. Contacted customer service mtiple times. Told me I could exchange it or get my money back, but I would have tk pay to have it shipped back. Yeah make me pay for returning a defective product. Never again will I be purchasing anything from this company. ... show more

I wasn't sure about the case after reading some of these reviews but I'm really impressed by it. I have zero issue with comfort, seems very durable, and makes my otherwise rather small (not super masculine) 40" Samsung Active 2 look way beefier and tougher (I got this model/size bc it was free with a T-Mobile promo). My only reasons for 4-star are 1) it doesn't allow for a screen protector, as the one I had on it (UniqueMe brand) came up while putting the case on, and 2) it makes the bezel selection (around the edge of the watch) difficult to use, but that's expected if the case is going to protect enough. After only a couple weeks, it hasn't been tried and tested for durability, but I *have* gone disc golfing a few times and haven't had any issues with scratching. The lack of screen protector does make me nervous though so I may try other brands of screen protector to see if they're more compatible, but I highly doubt it since the case is just tight on the watch face. ... show more

Overall an amazing case/band for the Watch Active. Raised bezel leaves complete access to watch face a touch screen. Protection is great as I'm an Area Manager in a warehouse and it is constantly getting knocked around on my fork lift or the pallet racks. Only minor issues is design does not allow for a screen protector, and you just push your watch into backside of case and so far its held in very secure. Also the watch band & case is 1 piece but, the band area could be a little more comfortable as it is a hard plastic/tpu material. But overall best case/band out there for the Samsung Watches!!!! ... show more

I really like this watch band a lot!!! If you want a beefy, almost, G-shock "looking" watch then this is your case and you won't be disappointed. I work pretty vigorously so my watch may get banged around a bit but I don't worry as much with the case on. Make sure that you pick the right case size for the size of your watch. I will admit it because I have the larger active 2 and ordered the smaller one the first time I made the order, but Amazon was good about sending out the right size almost immediately. It is easy to place your watch into the case as well as taking it out, which is a great thing if you have the charging pad instead of the magnetic charger that comes with the watch. If you have one of the Samsung charging pads like I do you will need to pop the watch out to charge it every night. At first, I thought it was going to be annoying but after a quick while, I got used to it because I really like how it makes my watch look when it's in the case. I don't have any of the other colors of cases but the black one I have is nice and gives the watch an almost tactical feel when it's on my wrist. ... show more
