I just received the Supcase cell phone case for my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, and so far, I love it. It has all the features I was looking for in a phone case, which I had trouble finding in one case: -Wireless Charging Compatible. -Kickstand (Works vertical and horizontal/portrait and landscape. It's fixed; it doesn't spin.) -Beltclip -Good choice of colors. (Available in Black, Red, and Purple from Amazon at the time I ordered. The company also offers Blue.) -Good Reviews for quality and durability. This case is also reasonably priced. The edges of the case aren't gummy, as in that sticky gummy soft rubber that some cases have. I consider that a good thing, because I've had cases which are sticky where it's a bit of a hassle to insert/remove the phone from my pocket. The edges have a good grip though, where I don't expect the phone/case to slip out of my hand. The phone seems to be a little more picky about getting the positioning just perfect for charging to start with the case on, but I have both a desktop (plug in) wireless charger and a portable (rechargeable) wireless charger and both work fine through the case, The case does not come with a screen protector. If you want one, you'll need to purchase it separately. I bought the red. It's a deep red; It's not pink-looking like what some cell phone case companies misleadingly call red. I like the color. There's a red border around the edge of the phone screen, surrounded by a black border. The border around the phone screen is slightly raised, so I assume that if the phone drops onto flat floor that the screen is protected and wouldn't break. With the case, the back of the phone is mostly red with a black border and black highlights. I wanted the color so my phone would be easily identifiable among all of the black phones and cases that are so common. The holes in the case for the 2 microphones on top of the phone, the speaker on the bottom of the phone, the USB-C charging port on the bottom of the phone, the camera lenses on the back of the phone, are all lined up perfectly. The case covers the buttons on the right of the phone, but the button locations are easily visible and the case doesn't seem to impede using the buttons, at least not very much. The USB-C charging port on the bottom of the phone is protected by a flap which seals to protect from dust and debris, and is easy to open and close. Installation was easy. The case comes with an installation instructions sheet. At first my foolish self thought I was missing a piece, but the front and back parts of the phone case come already attached together. You just pry them apart, put the front part onto the front of the phone, and then insert the phone into the back part, and click the two parts together. The back part has the kickstand permanently attached to it. The kickstand has a slot where you can open it with your fingernail. I found it easy to open and close. If you're using it vertically, make sure you extend it open all the way where it clicks and locks into place. The phone tends to be more stable on the kickstand horizontally/landscape than it is vertically/portrait. I just use the kickstand to view videos and read text. You might get away with using the touchscreen extensively with the kickstand if the phone is horizontal/landscape, but if you're using the phone vertically/portrait with the kickstand, you'll probably need to use a second hand to stabilize the phone while typing&scrolling very much on it. There is a third piece, with the belt clip, which is a black shell which you put the phone with the case in, and clip the phone into place. The phone appears to be secure when clipped into place. It's optional to use. If you don't want to use the belt clip, there's not really a reason to use this part. And you take the phone out of this part before using the phone. You can't use wireless charging with the belt clip attached, since its position blocks the wireless charging. The belt clip seems secure, and I don't expect that the case would fall off of my belt, nor do I expect the phone to fall out of the holder with the belt clip. The belt clip is an open type, not a loop type, meaning you can clip it on your belt and remove it without taking your belt off.nIt kind of loops around your belt, so it would be difficult for someone to jerk the case off your belt to steal your phone, especially without you noticing. The phone in the case (without the belt clip part) fits into the back pocket of my Wranglers, but it is a large phone, so it's a tight fit. I prefer using the belt clip for comfort and to avoid getting those white phone shaped fade marks in the back of my jeans over time. I'm just hoping that I can get the belt clip to last. I have a bad habit of breaking them by putting a lot of pressure on them when I sit down in my car and not positioning the phone properly to avoid putting pressure on the clip when I bend down to sit. This eventually weakens the belt clip and leads to it breaking off on my cases. The sizing is perfect for the case. It fits the phone like a glove. It's a great case. Feels good in my hand and the rubber edge all the way around makes it easy to hold on to. Very durable despite devloping a crack in the corner of the camera surround. The plastic gets very thin there in the corner but enough rubber around it i dont notice it unless i look for it. Has a subtly raised edge around screen the does a very good job in helping protect the screen during drops. Stand on back is strong. Easy install. Fits well. Would buy again. ... show more

What a great case. I had my first one for almost 3 years. It's taken falls and hits and my phone is still 100%. It doesn't have a built in screen protector and honestly, I like it that way. I had an OtterBox before this and it came with one... I ripped it off after a week. You get dust and stuff under it and all that. Way overrated. Anyways, this case is still going strong. I'm actually about to get a second one because one of the pivots on the kickstand FINALLY gave out (it is a VERY small little plastic leg, after all) and the kickstand is sticking out now and annoying me. The only complaint on it was the holster. The one middle arm was right where the power button is. I took a Dremel to it and all better. Design flaw, but not a deal breaker. The sound buttons have been hit or miss in the last to feel that good click, but they've always worked regardless. For the price though, you absolutely cannot beat this. It looks great, it protects well, fits perfectly, kickstand works amazingly. I will absolutely keep buying this brand! ... show more

Alright so the case is awesome. The style is cool and seems to very well built and rugged. Was a little tricky getting it on but that's what you want. It fits snuggly and protects from drops well. Ive had it for 3 weeks now. The only reason I gave it four stars is the kick stand it incredibly hard to get out. I have to dig my nails under both corners of It an pry up to get it to pop. I had to contact support at first to even get it to come out which we were able to do with a butter knife. I was hoping it loosened up a bit but its still pretty tight. Not sure if all are like this though. Other than that the kick stand works great. It cant be held in both horizontal and vertical position. I would recommend this case to a friend. Having had this brand on a previous phone I expected it to be better than it is...the case is solid and comfortable in the hand, and it fits the phone properly, but it is a lil weighty. Now the negatives: The red coloring on the back and on the screen frame scratches off to easily. Due to the design of the screen framing being lower on the sides, it doesn't protect the screen on drops so well. The first time it dropped, my phone fell about three feet to the ground and my screen protector was damaged. If it had a raised border all around the screen, I doubt that would've happened. I've used it for a couple of months and already that same screen frame is now broken from a drop, again a better design along with a more durable/stronger plastic and this wouldn't have happened. The replacement screen protector that was on the phone has disappeared, apparently it came off when it fell and I didn't see it. This wouldn't have happened if the screen border actually contacted the screen protector and held it in place. The camera lens border is not much better, after falling on the back, that lens protector is chipped as well. T Oevrall I like Supcase products, but not this one on this phone...I'm giving it up. ... show more

    • Great Case - On Par With $70 Otterbox Pursuit!

I don't write product reviews often, but I had to in this... case, haha. I previously used the Otterbox Pursuit, a $70 case that had a soft rubber bumper, hard plastic backing and a second plastic front piece (same design as this UB Pro case). Compared to the Otterbox, the rubber bumper on the UB Pro is a bit more stiff (not sure if that will help/hurt with drop protection) and doesn't have a clear back, which would have been a nice touch but purely cosmetic rather than functional, which is the whole point of a case, so I won't ding them for it but I hope they make that an option in the future. The feel in the hand though is very secure and gives me confidence my phone won't slip out of my hand or off of a smooth surface like it would without a case on. It's also got raised edges to keep the screen and camera module from ever touching bare table (something I prioritize in any case I purchase). They also throw in a belt holster, which I'll never use but you gotta give them credit for including it for those who might. The icing on the cake for this case though is the included kick stand built into the case, very handy feature I never thought was important but I've made good use of it occasionally. Turns the device hands free when I'm watching a video at my desk! TL;DR Overall, very happy to have found a case that will protect the phone and at a fraction of the price I was paying for my Otterbox! 5/5 ... show more
