The SUPCASE UBP product description for the Samsung S21 Plus says that the S21 Plus has a screen protector pre-installed on the device. (this is why they did not include one built-in on the case). This is NOT true in the USA. Samsung only provides a peel-away film. This case needed to have a built-in screen protector and it is very disappointing that they left this out. I hope SUPCASE revises this product or offers a case with built in screen protector soon. I tried the LϟK Tempered Glass Screen protector with this case and found it did NOT fit as SUPCASE UBP Frame sits way too close to the edge of the screen. I appreciate protection, but I also appreciate the ability to install a screen protector. Why such a rushed/bad design this time SUPCASE? ... show more

The box says the case didn't come with a screen protector because one is already on the phone, this is untrue. The S21 series does NOT come with a protector. The case sides also are incredibly flush, flush sides are for curved phones and not flat phones. Very disappointed, possibly returning. I don't feel like the sides of my phone screen would be safe in this case which is a major disappointment after the stellar pixel 4 xl case ... show more

I've been using Unicorn Beetle Pro cases on all my phones for years, hands down the best protection for your money!! These are just as durable as the famed Otterbox Defender, at 1/3 the cost! I also love how the hard polycarbonate is on the outside in the back of the phone rather than the soft rubber so it slides into a pocket or bag easier than the Otterbox and stays nicer looking for longer. The UB Pro is also compatible with every screen protector I've tried, no lifted edges or corners make for a great fit. I cannot recommend these cases enough and will happily buy again and again with every new phone I get! ... show more

I've been a customer of SUPCASE for a while (actually since the S7), and they have really helped me out with with protecting my phones. However, this case for the Galaxy 21+ 5G has me scratching my head. I cleaned the phone good (although its brand new).. actually, really good. Watched the install video at least 5x (just to make sure I didn't miss anything, and the case still made the screen protector still lift up in the corners. I gave it the benefit of the doubt to prove to me that others had made an error during their install, but nope... its the case. I applied the UniqueMe screen protector (and folks it came out perfect!), prior to putting the case on. Let the phone set overnight before installing the case, and after 30 minutes it still lifted the edges! What else can I say? I gave it a chance....it still looks good. Seems durable, and is built to last. I really like that it has the belt clip. But the company just needs to go ahead and add the screen protector to the case, otherwise, customers are gonna "jump ship" pretty quick. Wish I could be more positive, but hey..just being honest. ... show more

I had bought many Unicorn beetle cases in the past as they are inexpensive and extremely sturdy. However this one doesn't have a built in screen protector as the description says. Something that I require for my phones. Returned hopefully they have one with an actual screen protector

This is the 4th Unicorn Beetle Case I've purchased for my wife. Got one for her S9, S10, S20 and now her S21. She tends to drop her phone a lot or my daughter takes it and also drops it. When shelling out $1000+ for a phone I'm not taking a chance of it breaking. The Unicorn Beetle cases are 1/2 the price if not less then their closest competitor and hold up very well. My only beef is they didn't have the Metallic Purple when the S21+ launched so I had to get my wife the blue one for a purple phone. Why would they launch a blue case before the purple one when there isn't a blue phone available. ****EDIT**** I need to drop my rating. This case is not compatible with any screen plastic type screen protector. And customer service is clueless. I've tried 3 high end screen protectors and they have all peeled up. When I emailed SUPCASE, they told me the phone has a pre-installed screen protector. (This is not true for the US phones). ... show more

Not blue! More like a light grey,blueish, purple. Very disappointed when the pics look like it is exactly like the blue I have on my prior s10+ beetle case. Hoping it at least fits correctly. May return anyway. Edit: it makes my screen protector peel off/bubble up around the edges like a prior reviewer mentioned. Very sad that I am going to have to move on from Beetle. I've owned multiple Samsung Galaxy phones, and with each one I immediately ordered this type of case for my phones. I've never had an issue with any of them and I love the protection that they provided the phones. However, the case for the S21+ has a flaw none of the others had--it bubbles up the screen protector on the edges. I read this in other reviews, but thought maybe they used a different screen protector, or maybe they installed it incorrectly, as I had never had an issue. Still, to be sure, I installed the screen protector and let it cure for more than 36 hours, then installed this phone case very carefully. It still happens...bubbles up, and "pushes up" the screen protector in the corners and on some edges. I've taken the case off, smoothed down the bubbles and carefully reinstalled it. It doesn't matter. It is a terrible flaw in an otherwise great product. They need to fix it! UPDATE: After contacting SUPCASE, they asked me if I'd used "case friendly" screen protectors. The ones I purchased did not say. So, I purchased ArmorSuit protectors that are advertised as "case friendly." I installed the new protector and waited 48 hours for it to dry fully (much longer than the 8 hours on the instructions), and then put the case on carefully and correctly. 4 days later, and the screen protector is still bubbling at the edges--I've spent more than $20 on screen protectors that this case almost immediately ruins. Poor design for a case that I've really liked and used. Do not get this one until they fix the issue. I've requested a return and refund. ... show more
