Best rugged case I've ever owned
Color: black
Way better than an otterbox. Same, if not, better protection in a much slimmer case that the rubber does not swell and get distorted after 11 months of use (for me anyway). And for less than half the cost. The kickstand, which I never use as a kickstand but found it useful as a finger hold, for some reason, something broke on it and it will not stay in the latched position. It's not a huge deal because i wear it holstered upside down so gravity keeps it in the flat position though it does rattle a little when i walk so imjust going to order another one. When the phone is snapped into the holster there is a pretty big gap, seems like it could be designed for an even slimmer overall case by getting that gap out of there. Overall ivebeen very impressed. I have caught rhis case on many things walkong around in tight quarters amd can't believe I haven't snapped the belt clip right off. This thing is pretty durable. I used to break otterbox belt clips often. ... show more

Great Design
Color: Ruddy
Very well designed. Sturdy. Charges fine in case. Built in stand. Separate snap on belt holster included.

Great but a juuuuust bit scratchy where ya hold it. But I fixed that.
Color: Ruddy
I had another case very similar to this but it was all black (only came in black or purple) so I wanted something that I could see on a table or in the dark. I loved everything about it except for that. This case has all of the same features but LOOK AT IT. It is SO cool looking. The kick stand goes both directions for looking at things either in portrait or landscape. This type of kickstand is also great because it folds into the case flat so it doesn't take any more room than the case itself. The ONLY issue I had was that the kickstand is REALLY tight so clicking it out will nearly break off your fingernail...if you have one, which I don't. The other thing is when you put your finger through it, the 2 little nipples(?) on it that holds it into the case, are a tiny bit sharp but abrasive and will irritate your finger after a while. No problem, I shaved the one side off with a fingernail file (the reason I have no fingernails) and voila. Perfect. This case isn't quiiiite as rubbery as the original I had nor is it as thick so I'm unsure of how it will protect my phone if it is dropped. I think it will do well though. Not being so rubbery and rounded makes it a bit less grippy too which makes it easier to get in and out of my pocket and not as bulky. Oh yeah, and you can use a wireless charger just fine with it. ... show more

Very durable
Color: black
Ran my phone over today with my loader. Cracked the face piece of the case, but my phone survived without any damage. Highly recommend.

Survived extreme test of falling onto busy highway and saved my phone!
Color: black
I normally don't post reviews but I felt the need to after the experience I went through. Today, I lost my phone by leaving it on my truck. I found it 3 hours later on the side of a very busy downtown interstate highway. When I found my phone, the case was no where to be found but the phone didn't have a scratch on frint side and the back had a minor, 1/4 inch indention. Phone is in unbelievable shape, practically brand new after what must have been a very bumpy bounce falling off a lifted truck in middle of traffic and surviving albeit the phone case paid the ultimate sacrifice. Small price to pay. I immediately ordered the same case just different color. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Amazing case, don't pay attention to the few bad reviews; if you're looking for protection and durability for a phone, this by far stood the test and for do little cosr...Amazing value!!!!!!!!!! ... show more

Front piece has tolerance issues, Kickstand is a negative
Color: Violte
Bought 3 of these cases because I've literally chucked phones with past versions of these cases down the street with only minor scuffs on the case. This new version comes with a few minor issues and one major issue. Like others complain, the front piece can remove plastic screen protectors or shatter the corners of glass screen protectors. I wasted 2 plastic and one tempered glass protector that were "case friendly" and that I saw others used with these cases in other reviews. I wanted this to work. It's the case, not the screen protector, and don't let them tell you different. If you don't need a screen protector and don't care about wireless charging or a water/dirtproof case, it's still a great case. One of the three cases came with a slightly smaller frame that makes no contact with the screen protector, so it seems I got lucky, but I doubt it's 1 in 3. I kept one and bought other cases for the other two phones. Material seems to be similar, but the new material of the hard frame is slightly more rigid and metallic vs smooth and shiny plastic that had a little give. The case I kept has already survived a couple falls from table to tile, so that's a good sign. The other issues are due to the addition of a kickstand/grip ring: -The mechanism is terrible and is not something that can be done with one hand on the fly. -The kickstand likes to fall apart when you try to use it, so I use something else. -As a grip ring it's okay, but I don't use it. -The kickstand IS the case, so when in use part of the back of the phone is exposed; clearly this case won't do much with dirt and liquids. -There's a metal pin in the back of the case thanks to the kickstand, which is bad for fast wireless charging. I hope there's a revision for this model that fixes the outer frame and gets rid of the kickstand. Its a shame because these used to be fantastic cases. I appreciate the lack of screen protectors due to sensors, but they need to work on their QC, check tolerances, and actually think more about what the features they add to cases will affect the purpose of having a case. ... show more
