I love almost everything about this case. It's sturdy, keeps the phone securely in place even when I'm around water, and when I've dropped the phone it's provided impeccable protection. What I don't love is that it's the third one I've purchased in the last 12 months. The retainer clip that locks the phone into the belt clip-- the way it's designed (it bends) it's only going to work so many times before it cracks off. And that's what keeps happening. I've been purchasing replacements because I love everything else about the case. Hey Supcase-- Can you re-engineer that retainer that belt clip so it doesn't crack off? Maybe try a spring instead of relying on the plastic to snap back into place? :) ... show more

The case is amazing does what it's intended to..protect your phone! I was a little unsure at first being I only buy otter box but having the case for about a month now I'm really impressed. The only complaint would be the front screen. while the case does a awesome Job protecting the screen, it's a little tough to tap on things when there to much to the side (the case kind of gets in the way) but other than that I recommend 100% ... show more

I have had mine since mid October. It was recommended to me as an alternate for Otter Box, which didn't have a case and/or holster for the Z Fold 4. This product is definitely a competitor for that brand. As far as the case goes, it's up to par. I love it actually. It feels like my phone is well protected and I love the folding piece that can make it act as a stand folded as well as unfolded. I was disappointed that it did not accommodate the S Pen but I didn't let that take away from my opinion of it. They do have a case that supports the S Pen but I valued having the holster more than securing the pen. Speaking of the holster, here's where I have issues. First and foremost, it definitely holds the phone with the case on it very securely. Once you have the phone holstered it's not going anywhere unless the entire holster goes with it....or...unless it breaks. That's what happened to mine earlier this evening. Fortunately, I was attempting to remove my phone from the holster so I didn't drop anything but, the part that secures the phone in the holster from the bottom is what broke. I am not surprised because it is difficult, to me, to comfortably get the phone out of the holster. Easy to put in but hard to get out. I had been contemplating returning this product from day one but hoped I would get used to it and eventually stuck with it despite my struggles. Now that the holster is broken and I am past time to get a replacement, I need to find another solution. Meanwhile, I still have the case, which I do love. So, just gentle with removing the phone from the holster, and hopefully, it does last longer than 4 months for you. ... show more

Had this case since getting the fold 4 when it released and it's held up like a champ. Even all these years later when i take the case off there is not a single scratch on the device. Highly recommend this brand for cases if your willing to deal with something a tad bit thicker.

    • Not bad. But a things wrong for the money

The case looks great. Now for the critiques. The front cover of the case has the edge raised too high and too close to the screen so it basically interferes with tap on the screen near the edge. This very noticeable and made just using the keyboard a pain point. It was so bad from me that after a few days I swapped just the front cover case for a different front cover case from another brand which allowed me to use the front screen without issue. However the back case was almost indispensable to me until it finally failed. The kickstand method this case uses is imo superior to that of other cases with kick stands. The way it finally failed was somehow the little lip of plastic that juts out of the elbow broke off. It broke off and also in an uneven fashion. So basically when I try to prop the phone up, it falls over to the side. I like the utility of the back case enough that I was considering buying this case again. But not at the price supcase is selling it for. Given the short comings so far, I'm skeptical to think the much cheaper cases of strikingly similar appearance would under perform on this one. They're probably made by the same manufacturer. ... show more

Love the color! The case does not effect the function of the phone. The case does bulk to the phone but it is comfortable. Sometimes the front cover moves after being in my packet.

This is my 4th case, the overall is good. This issue is the belt clip it keeps breaking. I think 2 things need to be done to improve this case. 1. Make the clip longer for duty belts. 2. Just make the clip stronger it keeps breaking by the metal pin area. Tried to contact to get anew one and they refused to give me one because it was out of return window but only had for 2 months ... show more
