  • SUP Paddle
Color: Light Blue
I enjoy using my SUPs on our local lake and have found that a two-bladed kayak style paddle works best for days when it’s windy and the waves are higher. For times when the water is calm, standing up makes sense and is fun and challenging to do. So, I like having a combo kayak/SUP paddle on board when I use my SUP at the lake. If you are a beginner, this is the right paddle to get. You can start out sitting, as I did for my first year. Some of you will advance much more rapidly to the standing position and kids can pick it up in a few minutes, haha! When you are ready to try something new, like standing, then you can use the same paddle with one less blade and store it under the bungees at the front of your SUP. I also have some Velcro with clips that I use to connect to the D-rings. Either way is OK. Three of the paddle sections float, but the section with the chrome, spring-loaded button is hollow, with open ends and would sink if disconnected. It should remain connected to the blade while on the water. It has the adjustable cam-lock so you can switch out between the second blade and handle, as needed. You will need to tighten the adjuster on the cam-lock a couple turns so that it won’t slip, for the first-time use. This combo paddle is very light and offers an easy grip, allowing your hands to curve naturally around the shaft when seated. The textured ergonomic handle feels comfortable in your hand too. Either way, hours of fun and relaxation on the water awaits. This is an affordable, attractive, good quality combo paddle that offers some nice features and should last for years with moderate use and care. I’ve had a cam-lock and a handle fail in the past, so I guess you can never be 100% certain, but this one seems well made and I look forward to testing it on the lake this week. • Versatile and Well Made paddle
Color: Light Green
This paddle is better than most due to the sturdy construction and versatility. You can use it two ways: 1. With a paddle on both ends for sitting down on your paddle board, or for kayaking. 2. Or, you can remove one end and attach on the handle for standing paddling. The paddle is easy and quick to change between the two configurations. The length of the shaft is also adjustable for perfect comfort. As a bonus, the green color is nice looking and very natural in appearance. If you are looking for an all around paddle that is of excellent quality, this is a good option. It is light weight, and when taken apart, it stores in a compact area. The ability to use it either seated or standing makes it a great value, since you only need to buy one paddle instead of two. ... show more

  • Good dual-purpose Stand-up-Board Paddle set
Color: Light Blue
I got this 4-piece Stand-up-Board Paddle set to use with our stand-up paddleboards. That the pastel color matches one of our boards is just a bonus. I prefer this 4 piece set – which is really just a 3-piece standup paddleboard paddle – to our 3-peice paddles because of the way the three pieces come together. This makes the broken-down paddle shorter and easier to store. I also like how this can also be configured as a SUP paddle OR as a kayak or sit-down SUP paddle with two paddle ends. I think ALL such paddles should float so I don’t view this as a special feature. The only complaint I have – though complaint is too strong of a word – is that the second paddle head cannot be used as a spare head for the SUP mode. My kids are hard on paddles and manage to break even the strongest ones. I don’t know how they could design it that way, but I would be even more excited about this set. For $38 at the time of this review, I still give it full marks for a dual-purpose paddle. ... show more

  • So far so good.
Color: Lake Green
The convertible paddle board and kayak paddle that came with my paddleboard is nerve-wrackingly flimsy. I was worried that all convertible paddles may be like that, but I took a chance and I'm glad I did. This one feel really solid and doesn't have the worrisome flex my other one does. It doesn't have a particularly wide blade, but I didn't notice a difference in speed compared to my old paddle so I'm happy. ... show more

  • Great, no frills, paddleboard that can be used for Kayak'ing or SUP'ing
Color: Lake Green
Reviewing Rillrun SUP Paddle – I’m a beginner SUP’er but an experienced Kayaker. I was looking for SUP paddles and came across this one, which can be used for both. I love the versatility of it. It’s comfortable to hold in my hands an dis easy to switch out the paddle for the grip (depending on whether I am standing or sitting on my SUP). The paddle portions float, but the other section does not, so you’ll want to be careful with it. The paddle is lightweight, so easy to carry and use. The blades are a great size for me. I think this paddle is great for beginners or people not looking for anything too fancy. ... show more

  • NOT for paddleboarding
Color: Light Green
This is a convertible kayak/Paddleboard paddle, which unfortunately doesn’t work well for paddleboarding. The paddle itself looks great and is very sleek, but it’s way too narrow… nearly 2 inches narrower than others (like the Bote I was replacing). This means more paddles for the same speed… more work for no reason. Would not recommend for paddleboarding. However, the sleek design is desirable, so if you’re looking for a kayak paddle, it might be a good bet. ... show more

  • Sturdy
Color: Light Blue
This is a really nice collapsible paddle. You can use it either as a single end for paddle boards or canoeing, or double ended for kayaks the pieces are very sturdy and snap together firmly. The adjustable handle locks firmly into place too and doesn’t move. This may be a simple product, but it’s well made and feels good I. The hand. Highly recommend if you need a spare or just want a little upgrade. ... show more

  • Great Paddles!
Color: Light Blue
I love the versatility of these paddles, and they appear to be quite sturdy as well. I have already used them on one kayak trip where we went upstream against a small current. They held up well and did not bend or cause any issues. My only complaint is that I feel like I might get a blister from the metal rubbing against my hand for so long. ... show more
