The paddles lock open in place and they locked closed in place with some type of spring mechanism. These are well-made so far. Nothing has fallen off. The lenses are crystal-clear and the polarization is very good. The lanyard is excellent..they can be tightened and the ends are rubber-like and slip over the paddles. My old "go-to" pair of sunglasses lost the rubber nose guard and were scratched on one lens. Time to dispose of them. I stopped buying expensive sunglasses a long long time ago. I just go with the cheapies. So I grabbed these. Under $10, good reviews, cool look, polarized, UV400, and yellow! I dig it. Wasn't expecting much, never do... however I actually REALLY am impressed with these. They really are ultra clear, almost an HD effect to life. Especially in lower light conditions, they really brighten things up. However, even when it's very bright (Like Arizona Summer bright) I am not squinting. They cut out all the bad light, but keep everything nice and bright out. I also noticed how my eyes don't feel "burnt" after I step into an area with intense LED lights anymore (Like my vegetable grow tents). Yeah, so not sure what else to tell you about a simple pair of sunglasses - just wanted to reassure anyone on the fence that these are pretty dang sweet ones, for very cheap. Most likely just going to order all the different colors and have a little collection going. I can get all of them for less than 1 pair of cheap name branders. Bye for now!

Excellent sunglasses that come with accessories. UV protection is great and they’re super for driving. Colors are good and best value for the money. I would have given 5 stars if the fit was better. Definitely recommend.

UPDATE: My review remains the same but I did discover that the silicone nose piece that came loose can be glued back in place using CA Glue. I had a contractor doing some work on my house and he noticed me fiddling with my sunglasses and when he saw what the problem was, he pulled out his CA Glue and firmly glued the nose piece back in place. So, if anyone else out there has a similar problem to mine, try CA Glue (available on Amazon). ORIGINAL: I recently had cataract surgery that didn’t go well. I’m wearing sunglasses most of the time now, even indoors. I ordered these wrap-around sunglasses and they really work well to protect my eyes. Problem is the little rubber bit on the nose part of the glasses that rests against the side of my nose pops off. I can put it back on but it will only stay there while I’m wearing the glasses. I take the glasses off and the nose bit falls out. Very disappointing since otherwise the glasses are superb. I had intended to purchase a few more pairs. I’m trying to find the right kind of glue to permanently adhere the nose piece back on the frame but haven’t yet found anything that works. It’s only a matter of time till the nose bit pops off and disappears. That will render the glasses not wearable.

Sunglasses are stylish and effective. Polarized lenses are exceptionally clear. Neck strap makes it easy to temporarily remove the glasses without putting them down and losing them. This is important to me after losing a $130 pair of Ray Bans. Don't waste your money on Ray Bans - buy these!
