This set has really made all the difference in my guest room. I'm pretty picky about my decor, especially when it comes to bedding, and this one has personality and charm while still remaining neutral and cozy. Pros: Super soft and cozy, even after multiple washes. The green color is just right – not too flashy, but definitely catches your eye and adds a sense of interest to the room. My favorite part is the beautiful wooden buttons on this set. They pull everything together and give an extra sense of personality and charm. Cons: Buttoning and un-butting in order to wash these items is, of course, a little more time-consuming than simply pulling a pillow or duvet out of its cover or easily unzipping something. But I think it’s well worth it since, again, the buttons add so much to the look and feel of the bedding. Tip: In terms of styling, I tried a lot of different things, but here's what worked best for me: Pair this set with white sheets underneath. Toss in two white pillowcases behind the green ones. Pop a green decorative pillow up front, and finish it off with a white throw blanket across the bottom. This combination, for me, created the perfect balance of earthy and calm. So, bottom line – if you're as particular about your bedding as I am, this duvet cover set is a real winner. It's not just about the cozy factor – the color and those awesome buttons take it up a notch. I'm so happy with this set that I'm going to buy two more colors! I love everything from the price point to the color to the fabric and cute little buttons. I originally wanted a burnt orange color but as I read the reviews, I saw how popular it was and that kind of turned me off. I chose this light brown color instead. It actually reminds me of the burnt orange but a much softer tone. I used a paper towel as a comparison against the duvet in case anyone else was like me and wondering how this brown would actually look against other colors. I'm not super picky about my linens matching so I just used the throw and pillowcases that I already had. The only reason I gave this duvet at 4 stars is because I really think the duvet could use 8 ties instead of just 4 and the shams would be way better if they had the pillow pocket at the end to kind of hide the pillow. Once you use the pillow, the closure opens a bit and exposes the pillow. Both of my suggestions are just that, suggestions. This set washed and dried perfectly (no piling at all) and it was pretty simple to get on to the comforter. I prefer the duet cover comforter then an actual comforter because it's easy to clean and wash. I just take the two pieces, apart and it makes it easier to wash and not as heavy as a regular king-size comforter; The duet cover is very cozy, warm, and soft. What I dislike is that the duet inserts sometimes shift to one side or the bottom of the duet cover, and then you will have to adjust it properly, or if unties at the corners, but that's about it. This duvet cover is AMAZING! It’s incredibly buttery soft and comfy. The colors are absolutely beautiful. I also have it in the sage green. I have tried other covers and they are not as soft as these. And it doesn’t get wrinkly!! Oh…and the wooden buttons. Just buy it!! 10/10 for sure!

The soft material seems to be resilient to pet hair and pet stains (dirty paws, licking, etc) . Finally!! I have to switch out my duvet cover almost weekly because of how much my dog sheds and tends to do a victory lap every time we come home from a walk, which includes jumping on the bed before I can wipe is filthy little shoeless feet. Dirty paw prints on my duvets, constantly. But this cover doesn’t let him get the best of it, I’m very curious how this is possible but I’m gonna accept the blessing and buy more colors.
