Since the price wasn't bad and the product worked for me for an entire summer, I ordered a replacement which just never arrived, even though it was marked as having arrived, and I've been looking for about 15 minutes without being able to find a customer service person to reach out to about finding a replacement, even though I bought the insurance deal to go with it.
