I was thinking this was going to be made out of that fiberous plastic, which would hold up in the weather, but it’s made out of cheap wood and spray paint. It is also not pre assembled so you have to screw it all together. I’d rather return it🤷♂️

Chairs are sturdy and comfortable! Assembly wasn’t as easy, a couple of the wholes didn’t match up, so I had to drill 2 wholes, but it wasn’t a big issue. Looks great in my courtyard and the color is vibrant and beautiful.

These were not easy to put together. The torque on the components while assembling resulted in certain pre-constructed sections needing to be disassembled and rebuilt. Other sections that were supposed to be assembled were cracked and required repair. When you sit in them you can hear them settling (cracking?), and while moving them you have to be very careful. The paint was slopped on. Not a clean paint job by any means. Two of the arms were dented on the edges. They are fairly comfortable, but I wouldn't buy them again. I am highly suspicious as to their longevity. UPDATE after 3 years of usage: I bought 4 of these. On one of them the rear support completely disintegrated into pieces, with no one sitting it. Just from the weather. The other ones are literally falling apart, the paint has worn off and feel very unsafe to sit in. The chairs have really not been used very much. This wear is simply from the weather. I will have to rebuild all of them with better quality wood, or purchase new chairs, which will definitely not be these. ... show more

The chair is probably better than what I expected for the price. I had an issue with assembly which was more down to my lack of experience - if you get this chair don't tighten the bolts until you have completely assembled it as you will need to push the back pieces into place. Once this is done - don't be afraid to use a bit of muscle - then you can tighten the bolts. Once it was all put together it looks great, it is comfortable, and I feel confident that my 230 lb Dad can sit in it and it won't break! So it is a fair price. ... show more

These are sturdy, well made chairs and are perfect for our new fire pit area! Fabulous customer service too! One chair was missing the hardware and a screw from the seat. I called, spoke to very kind lady, and received hardware and new seat right away!

The chairs are sturdy and quite comfortable. Assembly wasn't as easy as it should have been, particularly the attachment of the arms and back. The finish was inconsistent, and the color almost rubbed off in spots.

These went together mostly well. A couple of tugs and pulls and off center holes....but who does not encounter that with furniture assembly today? They are a nice red color and the finish looks strong. We will see if it stands the test of time out in the elements. They come out super sturdy and are quite pleasant to sit in.
