I just had these removed yesterday at the 6 week mark. Initial impressions: I was very pleased with the purchase. These extensions are very soft, much thicker than expected, and looked/felt pretty great. I didn't want to spend the hundreds of dollars on Hotheads extensions which is what my mom and sister both recommend. They only have to replace with new once a year. So, I ordered two packs of the SunnyHair and my stylist used all of them, but one. My head was SO incredibly full of hair. My natural hair is shoulder length and very thin so this was a huge improvement. They were long, soft and looked totally natural! Even though they were a bit lighter than I expected, they blended with my natural hair color nicely and almost created a balayage effect. I did have a hard time curling these. There was SO much hair it was difficult to do anything but blow dry & straighten. Present day impressions: Overall these did the job, for about 6 weeks. Typically this is the time to move extensions up on the hair, but mine unfortunately were very very frizzy. DRY and nearly unmanageable. They needed replaced entirely. I couldn't get them to curl or straighten. They just ended up being a big fuzzy nuisance. However, the tape on these are incredible! BUT it took my stylist/mom almost 3 hours to remove 19 extensions and wash multiple times to get the glue and mats out of my natural hair. Apparently with the Hotheads tape in extensions this is never an issue. Those are much more expensive, but last longer and easier to remove! So you get what you pay for. I did purchase another pack of these to add to the old ones at my appointment, but the older ones were so much lighter in color than originally and too frizzy to use. Instead I added one pack of new 16" and my head feels much lighter and more maintainable this time! I'm glad we didn't use two packs on my hair this time around! I will update with how the new ones hold up considering they are nearly half of what I had on the past 6 weeks.

So far I love them I just had my hair stylist bye the blonde extensions I got in 24inch. And there so soft and not much shedding compared to other brands I purchased on amazon. They hold a curl pretty well. We shall c how they are after a few washes.

I have tried them all! I REALLY HAVE! I have gone through so many, buying a new set every time I go into my salon, some good results (losing just a few), some REALLY bad results (I'm talking to you Mores_o), losing half a head of them! I am going on 4 weeks wit these and haven't lost not a single one.I have not been asked or paid or prompted for a review, I am genuinely happy with the product and will be back again and again! My hair dresser loved them so much she got some for herself (same color) and is rocking them, too! I'll try and get a shot of that the next time I go in. Very happy customer here!

I absolutely love these extensions! This is my fourth time ordering these extensions and I have yet to be disappointed. I used to pay over $1000 for hot head extensions and I find these to be just as equal in quality. Before trying this I tried another brand which I did not like, they were very thin and faded color pretty quickly. These Sunny extensions are incredible quality for a great price. They are thick and do not shed or fade. Like I said, this is my fourth time ordering this brand now after spending money on hot heads for years and I think these are just as good if not better. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good quality tape in without spending hundreds at the salon!

I have included a picture of my hair before and after the extensions. The color I have is 4/27/4. These extensions are great, they are super soft out of the package. Being new to semi permanent extensions (and doing them myself) I don’t have high end ones to compare them to, but they seem to work quite well for the price! They definitely get a bit tangled but I think that is pretty standard for hair extensions in general. I think the quality of these is great especially for the price!! Other companies charge a TON of money for extensions that seem to be of similar quality. I have no problem using heat on these so they are definitely real hair. I have found it easier to discard the old extensions and get new ones when taking out/replacing them instead of trying to keep them. With these being so cheap I have no problem just buying new fresh ones instead of trying to re use them since the value for money is great!! I would definitely recommend giving them a go.

UPDATE:::: After having them in for almost a month I’m disappointed at how much they’ve shed and the ends have tattered. Every time I brush my hair I get a handful of split ends shedding with it. I wash only a couple times a week, I use a shower hair conditioning mask, and other split end treatment products. I’m not sure if I’ll be able to tape them back in with the amount of split ends they have. I’m pretty disappointed that I’ll have to buy new extensions to reapply :( These hair extensions are incredible! My stylist was amazed that I got such great quality hair on Amazon for such a great price. After having it installed for a few weeks I will say that it does shed a lot, and the split ends are killer. if you only wash a few times a week and use dry shampoo the rest of the time it helps a lot. Overall I would buy this brand again and again!
