I have used clip extensions before, but I wanted something I could leave in my hair and take a little less time. I decided to try these for the first time after reading all the reviews. I only had them in for a week now, but wanted to share my perspective so far. I bought 2 packs, since my hair is thin and I only used 17 out of the 20 I had. Pros: - Looks really pretty and blends in with my hair well. - Feels soft (before washing it). - Fairly easy to put them in yourself. It took me 3 hours, which I heard is average. - The hair doesn't shed or tangle, but I do braid it when I go to bed. - The tape is good. I used the flat iron briefly to "seal" it. - The hair is easy to curl in small sections. - Once washed it becomes thicker/fuller and makes the tape less noticeable. Cons: - Hard to wash in the shower and it becomes super heavy. The thickness is like a horse tail. - After washing it, the hair smells like a wet dog, looks frizzy and feels like straw despite using the best products and limited heat on hair. - The ends looked really dry after the first wash, so I had to trim them. - It takes twice as much time (2 hours) to wash, dry and style it. So, I won't be washing my hair often. - The hair doesn't hold curls that long, which can be good or bad depending on your preference. - It can be difficult to get the tape out once it's in, so you must have a good product and patience to get them out. - They feel kinda heavy at first, but you do get used to them. They can be itchy though. I do like the way it looks, but it's not as easy to style after washing. I am also concerned about the texture getting worse each time I wash it. I am not sure this is much of a time saver compared to clip-in extensions. I am also not sure what I will end up doing once I need to pull them out. I am hoping to keep these extensions in for a while, but it will depend on how long the quality of the hair lasts. Before and after pictures are included.

I have had sew in extensions consistently for 2+ years. I originally purchased $600+ hair from my stylist. It lasted a year. I did the same for the second year. I came across these extensions because I really didn't want to spend another $600+ on hair even if it lasts a year. I purchased my first weft in Oct. After 2 months, the hair was in pretty rough shape (really thinned out and starting to frizz on the ends) and needed replaced. So in December, I purchased a second weft and had it replaced. Again, about 2 months and they were raggedy, so I just had replaced with another weft. I figure if I get 2 months out of each $48/piece, then I will spend roughly $280 a year which is a huge savings compared to my stylist purchased hair. I bought the Dark Brown Balayage in 18" and then went with Dark Brown Balayage in 16" the next time. I swap shampoos between Olaplex and Moroccanoil. I use the morrocconoil oil and split end mender daily about 1/2 way up the extensions. And will randomly use the morroccanoil mask, maybe every other week. I use a straightening iron and or curl with my dyson airwrap pretty much daily.

I purchased these as I had to wait over a month to get new hair extensions from my hair stylist to last me between appointments. I have very thin hardly shoulder length hair and I decided to go with the 18 in. For the price I was expecting these to fall out the first time I washed them. But I am pleasantly surprised! I've been actually wearing them for over a month and I haven't had a single one fall out. I was also impressed with how much hair is in the set. It definitely helped bridge the gap between how short my hair is and how long these extensions are with a pack and a half, one normally I need about two. The hair does get tangled quite a bit so I do have to carry a hair brush pretty much everywhere, but as temporary extensions between my hand tied appointments, these are absolutely fantastic for the price. Will probably purchase again.

I've been getting extensions on and off for two years and these are a great quality product for the price!!! (I lost a ton of hair when i got covid 2 years ago) I see some people say they matted after the second wash but I would like to advise that the shampoo and conditioner you use is extremely important to get sulfate free. Pretty much any brand from the salon is safe to use (your stylist can suggest a good brand but i use either matrix or pureology). I also make sure to use heat protection/leave in conditioner before I brush and blow dry my hair. I am going on week number 3 and they are still in perfect condition!!

I love my hair out of all the extensions it was the easiest and the prettiest i got my hair put in by a stylist and she told me it was the coolest exentions she’s ever seen and she’s never seen anuthinggg like it she even called her other friend to show !! must but but definitely recommend 3 packs for thick hair the color match was almost perfect but since i was super super thick hair i wish i wouldn’t bought another pack still in love with this !

Like: lightweight, super soft, I usually go about 10 weeks and move them up, wash my hair once weekly and they still hold great. 20 inches/ 2 packs! Dislike: we had to retab a few because they wouldn’t stick but it was quick and effortless to do so!
