First things first I am no expert wood worker or craftsman, but rather a hobbiest that knows just enough to be dangerous and keep myself busy. A year back or so I built myself a small tabletop router table for my corded trim router and put in a groove for future things such as these featherboards. I like how the featherboards are adjustable using the knobs as they slide in and out on the small slot on either side. The featherboards are hard plastic and not hard rubber “fingers”. I look forward to using these on the table and maybe even in other applications. For this cheap price you can’t go wrong!

I added these to my SKIL router table on the outgoing side of the router direction for keeping the lumber feeding straight on the outgoing side, as I already had these on the incoming feed side. They work for me.

This featherboard/fingerboard works well. It's easy to release from the miter slot when you want it too. The fingers work as well as the Kreg brand at a lower cost. The problem with this Sunlfprod model is it doesn't reach far enough. I had to purchase the Kreg brand for it's reach. This brand won't reach far enough to put a dado in the edge of a 3/4" board for panels or breadboard edges. It won't reach far enough to rip 1/4" or 1/2" strips off of the left side of the blade.
