These are a great value, I use the 6,8, & 10mm sizes daily for my job in a pretty harsh environment and these are holding up great. A couple selling points for me were they are backed by Sunex, a company known for their tool quality and just how low profile they are, these work out really good in areas I normally couldn’t get a socket into. I was attempting to change my rear pads and rotors on my 05.5 A4. The caliper carrier has two 8mm hex bolts that are placed frustratingly close to the rear struts. I had originally bought a standard 8mm hex socket, but I could not get the socket and a socket wrench to fit in between the caliper carrier and the rear strut. I tried just shortening the hex part of the socket, but that still didn't work. I picked up this set of stubby hex drivers hoping that the 8mm might be small enough to fit in the confined space I was dealing with. It worked perfectly. In total size, this socket was somewhere from 1/2 to 1 inch smaller than my original hex socket. With this socket I had plenty of room to fit my wrench in and break the 8mm bolts free. The sturdy case is also a nice touch. The quality of everything is outstanding, all the sockets are well marked. I would recommend this set to anyone dealing with hex bolts in a tough area, or just anyone in need of a good set of hex bolts. Plus they're impact grade so you can use them with air tools if needed. ... show more
