I mainly purchased this because it is large enough for "jumbo" sized rolls of TP. And this is indeed true, but the idea of the handle to lift out rolls of TP falls short when you must unscrew the knob on the end of the handle in order to remove the lid which covers the rolls of TP. I'll toss the handles and use the boxes but next time maybe make the knobs smaller or the whole cut in the lid larger.... UPDATE: I have increased my review from 3 to 4 star as the seller has provided excellent customer service in response to my original review. They "have reported this issue to the technical department so that the product can be improved." ... show more

I needed a toilet paper holder and did not want one that attaches to wall. I like this because it has storage for larger rolls. I wanted chrome to go with fixtures in bathroom. It is lightweight. It should have come already assembled. I wasted a lot of time getting the screws in. One went right in securely, the other one did not. The matching holes are off by a tiny margin, it only went partially in so not totally secure. Like holder but slightly disappointed overall. SunCleanse customer service contacted me with the offer of a replacement or refund. That was an unexpected, pleasant surprise. Great customer service and care about customers. ... show more
