These were great after I released the hem. Gave me the 2” we needed. Was replacing an IKEA curtain at 98” long. These are 96”. Instead of re mounting the curtain rod I just released the hem steamed them, & gave them a quick hand hem. Not 100% blackout but great for a living room. These are a lovely burgandy color, not a wine color, in case you're hoping for a purple tinge, these lean more to red/ brown not red/ purple. They will work very well for my needs. With that being said, I had to add some eclipse fabric to the back side, as these are room darkening, but definitely not total blackout. With the added eclipse fabric that I already had on hand, they're close to perfect! You can see a little light through them but not a lot, and that they're a dark color helps. Finally found the right size for my room. I am happy with my purchase since the color is exactly what I was looking for. The material is very nice and does not look cheap. I had to iron out the wrinkles but other than that it looks great. Thank you.

Love the color although it’s a little bit warmer than the blush pink in the photo. The curtains are not fully blackout though. I would describe them as light filtering and not ‘sun zero’ but my daughter hasn’t complained so far so I’ll be keeping them for the time being.

These are not 100 percent blackout but are pretty dark. These are darker than my other curtains that are similar color but have the white backing on them. Great for the price.
