I really like the fun color of this board sock! It fits my 8 foot foamie perfectly. Great for indoor storage to prevent dust or for a day trip to the beach. It has padding in the nose for a bit of protection and a convenient pouch for keys, wav, fins, etc. Great buy with an even better price!

I bought a 6'0 board sock for my 6'0 fish. As you can see in the picture the sock didn't even come down to the tail. The size of the bag only fits a board the same size without fins it seems. I returned the 6'0 bag for a 6"6" bag. The 6'6" bag had to be stretched to fit the 6' fish board with fins. Also, there is a strong chemical smell right out of the bag. The sock is supposed to be 9’6” now with this in mind i knew it wasn’t going to fit my 9’8” longboard…. But it’s over a foot short not 2”!

I've been surfing since the 1980's (yes, and still a kook) . . . I've owned many socks, bags, and board covers. I've purchased at least 6 off of amazon in just the last 3 yrs. This brand was by far the worst and I purchased two of them at once. Brand new, out of the bag the seam was barely staying together on the larger sock that I purchased (9'6)-- Please see photo. The smaller one seems to be okay (8'6 for an 8ft board) as far as the construction goes but it's so difficult to get on/off the board b/c this material doesn't seem to flex/expand like normal board socks should. If you must buy this brand of sock I recommend buying at least a foot longer than your board. Otherwise, shop elsewhere b/c this material/construction surely can't extended use over time expanding like a normal sock should to fit snuggly over a board (and I still own some socks that I've been using for 15-20 yrs). Real rating should be zero stars (if I had four hands I'd give it four thumbs down). ... show more
