I 6 feet 2 inches tall and about 200lbs heavy. I ordered the medium harness by accident but it fits amazingly. I have used three different harnesses so far this season and this one blows them all off the 20 foot high tree stand. I am in socal and the terrain is rough to get to my areas for my stands. I put the harness on first then my pack and it's very comfortable. The clips are quiet. No clanking metal sounds and they feel very strong. I trust this harness with my life and that says a lot. First time one new tree stand I was sweating put of my palms. Could hardly hold onto my bow. Season opener I took this harmess and without even testing it first I was confident enough to keep my safety line high and lean on it while I fall asleep fo a quick nap while bear hunting. Summit tree stand harness is expensive, but it is quality. I tried taking the cheaper route multiple times and always had issues with them. Very pleased with the summit harness.

Luckily I got mine on sale for around $40 once my wife saw it she wanted one also and Amazon had one that had been used but in very good shape, it was actually cheaper than my harness and there wasn’t anything wrong with it other than the box might have been open ... show more

This harness is great! I highly recommend getting this if you are replacing one or buying your first harness. This is the most comfortable harness I have worn, and I wear a full body harness at work often. This thing is very light, obviously is a few ounces heavier than your strap harness that comes in your tree stand box but nothing to be concerned about at all. ... show more
