It's sturdy and easy for him (he's small) to get on and off. This does not fit around the base so I can't get it anywhere near the toilet. The only toilet it sort of fits is in the master bath. We have the higher comfort fit toilets and with both layer my small-almost-3-year-old can't touch his feet when on the toilet. The stools I purchased are higher and easier to get on. I'm not even sure how they are supposed to navigate getting on this - I think he's supposed to step up while facing away? That seems a bit tough. If I can find the packaging I'll return it.

If you’re like me you don’t want a little hole for your child to potty in. I wanted a toilet that looked like a toilet. One where he can be comfortable to potty and learn how to use it on his own. East to use, safe and stable, and I’d say it was a deal when we bought it. So it was a great price. Good quality and even makes a flushing sound that my son loves. He does take the lid off but it’s easy to place back on. Love the color I wanted a white basic toilet for him and it’s just that.

Since it’s her size she doesn’t need to climb up or I don’t worry about her falling in or off the attached seats that I also have…. The media could not be loaded. My 2 yo started using this toilet and jumped right into potty training without any issues. He loves the sound of the toilet flushing and that lets me know he’s done so I can clean the toilet. My only negative is that I have to thoroughly clean the toilet with each use but that comes with the territory of this kind of toddler toilet. It’s very sturdy, was easy to put together all the screws fit nicely without issues making it very stable for peace of mind. The compartment on top is nice for wipe storage. I would recommend this product for early starts in potty training.
