    • Dumped the Diapers for Pull-Ups
There is a lot of science in producing effective, leak proof, and highly absorbent training pants; and, that is proven here. However, the science of getting our little one out of diapers and onto the pot is another matter. Not so easy. We have been a big fan of Huggies Little Snugglers and Huggies Special Delivery Diapers; and, so has our little one. In fact, our little one has been too big of a fan with diapers. Please, please, let's move away from diapers we silently cried. Finally, we slowly but surely kept trying to introduce training pants. We were met with resistance. So much, so, that we decided to sneak a pair on during each night. Then would try to get our little one interested in the toilet in the morning. Gotta hand-it to mom, she was able to get over the hump and get our little one interested in toilet training. Using the Pull-Ups, helped tremendously. When the big events developed, there was the "rush" to get to the toilet. Diapers were too slow for our little one to take off, however, Pull-Ups were easier. So now our journey continues, but with the toilet reigning as the place to go. These are almost as soft as diapers; and, we cannot recall the last leak, like we have had with another big brand name. Also rashes are non-existent too, despite hundreds of changes. A happy toddler is a dry toddler who can remove these in a hurry. We found the next size up works well for us. Easier to get off while protecting from leaks. We know there are many buying choices; consider trying this one. Help your toddler graduate to the next best step.     • Great for training
My son is 2.5 years, and wears 4T-5T clothes. The corresponding size in these, fit well. He can even pull these up himself. I had tried another brand of pullups for my son and he never really got excited about them or was able to pull them up. But he was so excited to see his favorite characters on these "pants". I will say that these do not function like other brands of pull-ups. The sides rip open for easy removal of poopy accidents. They do re-seal but not like other pull-ups/diapers. So you can't dispose of the poopy pull-up in a nice tidy package like you can with a diaper. They are not as absorbent as other brands. These are meant to be worn to help train, and my son is more aware when he wets these and will tell me that he needs to potty. That's why I gave 5 stars, no leak throughs yet either. I don't want diapers anymore, other pullups felt like diapers to him still. At night, we use overnights still for that reason. But I'm more concerned about daytime potty efforts at the moment. I will also say that the color pad the box turns into, was really fun for both my son and I. It had nothing to do with potty training. Just coloring fun. He was excited about that. ... show more

Great pull ups. My son who is now 3 years old fits in them quite well. I’ll be honest to say that it won’t hold as much liquid as do regular diapers but it does the job because my son sometimes asks to go when he wants to and sometimes he forgets. But these are great as a learning diapers. They can be easily brought down like underwear and they can also be taken off from the sides and adjusted like regular diapers. Our last little one is potty trained now but she still wears her pull ups at night, just in case ☺️ These have been great. I could count on one hand the number of times she’s leaked since she started potty training to now, only wearing them at night. I cannot say that for other brands. She likes the Buzz Lightyear design but it’s out of stock or high priced at times. So we resort back to good ol’ Mickey Mouse when needed. And Micky doesn’t fail us very often.     • Pull-Ups Learning Designs Potty Training Pants for Boys
These Pull-Ups Learning Designs Potty Training Pants for Boys are nice to have as we transition to underwear during potty training. The characters are supposed to fade when wet but if the child has pants on over the Pull Up, they aren't going to notice this feature, or if they do notice, the Pull Up is already wet so I'm not sure how effective that really is. I do think these Pull Ups run smaller than other brands and are not quite as soft, stretchy, or absorbent. I do like that the sides can be opened easily/refastened instead of having to rip them like other brands. There is a lot of debate as to whether training pants help or hinder potty training but my ASD son has outgrown traditional diapers and is not close to being potty trained so we need to use training pants. He is able to pull them off and on which I suppose will get him used to wearing underwear but they are very diaper-like so I'm not sure how much they will help as we continue potty training. These training pants are working well for our needs but I wish they were a bit more absorbent though I know feeling wet is needed for being trained. ... show more

These work well for their intended purpose - as a pullup. These are not for overnight absorption. The overall fit is flexible and comfortable. My 3'7" 42 lb toddler (yes, he's big) wears a 4T-5T. The side velcro is so helpful for potty training and quick changes.

These are by far the best pull-ups for overnight, my 4 year old is able to out on himself and take off very easily. I love that they have Disney characters Mickey is a fan favorite in our house so of course he loves the design. We have never had leakage with this brand. No rash or irritations.
