    • Dumped the Diapers for Pull-Ups
There is a lot of science in producing effective, leak proof, and highly absorbent training pants; and, that is proven here. However, the science of getting our little one out of diapers and onto the pot is another matter. Not so easy. We have been a big fan of Huggies Little Snugglers and Huggies Special Delivery Diapers; and, so has our little one. In fact, our little one has been too big of a fan with diapers. Please, please, let's move away from diapers we silently cried. Finally, we slowly but surely kept trying to introduce training pants. We were met with resistance. So much, so, that we decided to sneak a pair on during each night. Then would try to get our little one interested in the toilet in the morning. Gotta hand-it to mom, she was able to get over the hump and get our little one interested in toilet training. Using the Pull-Ups, helped tremendously. When the big events developed, there was the "rush" to get to the toilet. Diapers were too slow for our little one to take off, however, Pull-Ups were easier. So now our journey continues, but with the toilet reigning as the place to go. These are almost as soft as diapers; and, we cannot recall the last leak, like we have had with another big brand name. Also rashes are non-existent too, despite hundreds of changes. A happy toddler is a dry toddler who can remove these in a hurry. We found the next size up works well for us. Easier to get off while protecting from leaks. We know there are many buying choices; consider trying this one. Help your toddler graduate to the next best step. These work well for their intended purpose - as a pullup. These are not for overnight absorption. The overall fit is flexible and comfortable. My 3'7" 42 lb toddler (yes, he's big) wears a 4T-5T. The side velcro is so helpful for potty training and quick changes.

We have tried (not exaggerating here) 8 different diaper brands. Costco 👎🏻 Pampers, Organic, Loves, Dypers etc. these are the ONLY ones that do not leak. Our son could have a gallon in that thing and it would not leak (don’t worry, we would net let it get that bad). These are thick, absorbent, comfortable and not a drop leaks out. Even with blowouts. My son is 2.5 years, and wears 4T-5T clothes. The corresponding size in these, fit well. He can even pull these up himself. I had tried another brand of pullups for my son and he never really got excited about them or was able to pull them up. But he was so excited to see his favorite characters on these "pants". I will say that these do not function like other brands of pull-ups. The sides rip open for easy removal of poopy accidents. They do re-seal but not like other pull-ups/diapers. So you can't dispose of the poopy pull-up in a nice tidy package like you can with a diaper. They are not as absorbent as other brands. These are meant to be worn to help train, and my son is more aware when he wets these and will tell me that he needs to potty. That's why I gave 5 stars, no leak throughs yet either. I don't want diapers anymore, other pullups felt like diapers to him still. At night, we use overnights still for that reason. But I'm more concerned about daytime potty efforts at the moment. I will also say that the color pad the box turns into, was really fun for both my son and I. It had nothing to do with potty training. Just coloring fun. He was excited about that. ... show more

These are the only pull ups that we could find that kept him dry all night and didn't leave him with a rash. We've tried other brands but he always woke wet.
