The potty seat is great exactly what I expected. Yes as some photos show it is slightly smaller than the toilet seat. If you see my photos if you put it down just right it completely covers the seat. But I have potty trained other children and know most seats are because it is more fitted to the child then the seat. It does slide a little but also standard and only if they are squirming around a lot or you are moving the child too much or not lifting them off then forward but again no more than expected. The foam padding is really thick which is nice and much better than I have seen previously. It is also very sheen which makes for easy clean up. The foam pad is also easily removeable for clean up which is a huge bonus. No it does not come with a potty hook but the listing does state that and its not too expensive to buy separately. Overall very accurate and great quality.

My son is 3 and he showed interest in using the big potty instead of his little potty so we had him pick out his own "big boy potty seat." He chose this one and he loves it! No more little potty! The design is cute and the handles are great for him to grasp. The only thing is if you have a larger toilet seat (the hole is bigger in the middle) it won't fit well and will slide around. It fits perfectly on our smaller toilet.

We have two brands of potty seats and this one is superior to the other Disney design by Ginsey. The design of the interior oval opening is such that if any urine hits the seat and it rolls down through the interior opening, it does not get caught in the plastic base. With the other brand, the padded seat snaps into the plastic base and the urine can get trapped in between the padding and the base, which makes it difficult to clean and leads to an unpleasant odor. When comparing the two brands side-by-side, the padded seat portion of this one is higher with a shiny finish, so it's not as easy to slide on when my daughter was learning to position herself on it during potty training. Even with that, I much prefer this brand.

Looks like the photos, and so far snaps apart for cleaning and bk together fine, saw some reviews of it not fitting or sliding on toilet, but we have 2 bathrooms in our house, and have used it on both toilets and have had no issues with it, daughter loves it and this is her first one for the "big potty " before was using a small one that sits in the floor.. The one thing I wish it had, which is through fault of my own, but wish it had a hook to hang it on the toilet, many other seats like this have one that's sold with it, but this one doesn't, so would have to buy one seperate thus costing more money.. If I'd realized that, I'd have bought a diff one w the hook, but that's the only thing I can say about any of it.. If the hook isn't impt to u, than this will b absolutely perfect :)

Great seat. My daughter loves. But our toilet seat is sloped so if she jumps on it quickly it slides onto the seat and pee gets everywhere. Best for very square cut toilet seats. You have to hold it or place her on it. But it’s her favorite and only one she’ll use so takes practice. Great for older kids too.

Got this for my 12 month old daughter. She's young but good to introduce early. She's not afraid to sit on it. Small enough for her (she's skinny and tall) to sit safely but big enough to last her till 3. Super cute. Not overly princess but neat for a girl. Squishy enough to be comfortable. Non porus enough to sanatize. Handles in perfect position for baby girl.

I really liked the look of this potty seat and it did work to encourage my daughter to use the potty. The cons outweigh the pros though. The seat is not sturdy. It sticks to child’s behind when they stand up. This is very discouraging when encouraging child to be independent and use the potty for first time. The child can lose balance when standing up because the seat is stuck to behind. You will have to assist your child more than necessary with this seat. All this and I still made the seat work. A few times the cushion part of the seat came off when my child stood up also. Very unsafe. Since the last time it does not snap back to the hard portion of the seat. Urine does get stuck on the underneath so it is very necessary to clean often enough. Once you’ve cleaned it enough times though it will not snap back onto hard plastic. Definitely wouldn’t recommend for long term use.

Tried a cheaper training seat that moved all over and ended up ordering this one. Fits well, no wobbles, love the spot on back to hang it while not using! It isn’t bulky and daughter appreciates the handles. Her footstool, this potty seat and the command hook I bought for her to hang the seat on, have made potty training a little easier! * I prefer the Oman’s strip $1 hook to the munchkin potty seat hook. The munchkin hook is working, but because it is SO flexible it moves with the seat while you try to take it off. No big deal for me but it was too tricky for my toddler to get. I moved the munchkin hook in the upstairs bathroom my daughter doesn’t use much. Hope that helps to save you money :).
