  • 4.0 out of 5 stars Great Stroller for Most But Definitely Not All
Bought this to use for my five year old grandson at Disney. He only weighs 40 lbs so I thought the stroller would be fine since it says up to 50 lbs. just got it and assembled it (assembly was ok, directions aren’t very good but I figured it out). Discovered AFTER assembly that it only accommodates height up to 43”. My grandson is 45”. It never occurred to me to research the height limits (they are not listed on Amazon). This stroller is so heavily recommended for its storage and its ability to handle older children, but it is no good for me even though he’s barely five. Do yourself a favor and check to be sure your child isn’t too tall. UPDATE: I have amended my review from two stars to four. After hunting for a stroller that would accommodate a 45” child and finding nothing that met my needs, I kept this one. His height did indeed turn out to be a problem. Although there is a strap for him to rest his feet one, he still put his feet down on the ground A LOT because it just wasn’t a natural position for him to keep his knees up like that all the time. So that wasn’t great for either of us. But if I set that aside, there’s a lot of good things about this stroller. Other than the height issue, he was comfortable in the stroller. I took him on a three day trip and due to the heat, he was in it pretty much any time we were walking, and when we stopped to watch parades etc. I was really pleased with the comfort of pushing the stroller. I’m 5’4” and the handles were a great height, but they felt like they would still be comfortable for someone much taller. The stroller is very easy to push even with a larger child in it. The storage underneath is substantial for an umbrella stroller, although the one downside is it’s hard to see into it. I was very impressed with the durability of the hood of the stroller. He played with that hood CONSTANTLY - opening and closing it over and over and OVER, often quickly and roughly (sounds bratty but it isn’t easy to be five and waiting on line in Disney lol). I was sure it would break or start to malfunction but it is still in perfect shape. I also loved all the pockets and loops in the stroller. And the most amazing thing of all is how much weight this thing can handle hanging on the handles without tipping over. There were plenty of times when I had a heavy bag of purchases hanging on one handle, at least a ten lb backpack hanging on the other, and no child or other weight in the seat, and the stroller never showed any signs of tipping even when left like that for an entire meal. It was really impressive. The cup holder attachment point was not very secure, and the holder itself didn’t seem too well made. It came off while checked on the plane, never to be seen again. I wish I had thought to remove it before checking the stroller. The one major downside of the stroller other than the height issue is that this thing is difficult to handle when closed. It does not really collapse as much as you need it to, so in comparison to other umbrella strollers it’s really pretty bulky when closed. It does have a latch that locks it in the closed position once you collapse it, but the latch bar is long so there’s still a LOT of play in the stroller when closed. As a result I was nowhere near able to handle it with one hand when closed. Since I was also juggling a heavy backpack and usually at least one bag of purchases, it was a real struggle to get on the shuttle bus at the end of the day. I had to leave one set of wheels on the ground and use the foot strap of the stroller to pull from the other end while approaching the bus, then somehow manage to pick it all up to step up on the bus. This stroller would be fine for either two adults (one to wrangle the child and the bags and one to deal with the stroller), or for one adult who is putting a kid in a car seat and then dealing with the stroller. But for one adult who also has to keep an eye on an active kid in a busy place and carry things other than the stroller, it was definitely not fun. So if you need this for a use that involves public transportation, my advice is to really weigh whether the storage of this stroller is worth the hassle of dealing with it when collapsed. I would never recommend it to anyone who REGULARLY rides a bus or subway and has to collapse it while riding. Also, do yourself a favor and choose one of the options with a bright color. The all black one I chose was VERY hard to find in the sea of black strollers at Disney :). ... show more

  • 4.0 out of 5 stars Facing parent umbrella stroller
Color: Black/Gray Style: 3Dflip
I bought it because i needed something lightweight with facing parent option not for $$$$$ . Generally I’m satisfied. I have an issue with the hood, it’s not closing till end, probably some bug with mechanics, but I didn’t replace it cause it was out of stock already. Also seat getting dirty super fast, not sure how to clean it cause soap didn’t help much. Otherwise it’s a thing for that money ... show more

  • 5.0 out of 5 stars Love!! But bulky.
Color: Black/Gray Style: 3Dflip
I cannot express how much I love this stroller! All of the other commitments are right; it is very bulky for an umbrella stroller, but, in my opinion, it's worth it. I think the ability to reverse the stroller and let my son nap easier is going to be key on vacation or when we can't set up a Pack'n'Play. My son hasn't slept in the reversable side yet but we have put him back there and he looks super comfortable. The shade is really only oversized on the reverse side. Technically you could make it oversized on the front side but it is clear that it wasn't designed to be oversized when facing forward. The under storage is small, but easily accessible from the back and sides. The storage isn't so accessible from the front. The stroller feels very sturdy. I haven't tried hanging anything off the handle yet but it feels well balanced. Also, it rides smooth. It feels more like it's gliding. The wheels get traction but don't feel like they're sticking. We have a regular stroller but I think this one is going to be my go to from now on. ... show more

  • 5.0 out of 5 stars Well worth the price,
Color: Black/Gray Style: 3Dflip
I bought this as an extra stroller to keep at my house. I am on tall (5’ 10”] and the handle is perfect. I love the fact that it is convertible. I currently have it facing in (so I can see the baby) and the sun shade is great and provides a lot of coverage.

  • 4.0 out of 5 stars Easy to maneuver but lousy cup holder
Color: Black/Gray Style: 3Dflip
It is easy to move and I am happy I can use it both rear and forward facing. However, I wish it had a better cup holder. It is too flimsy and won't hold my Contigo mug.
