To make this palatable in my frosting I haded to add a couple tablespoons of sugar. I measured carefully what I added and the amount of this non-sugar to get the most accurate calculation I could. my powder sugar bag was in the bottom of the box along with my other items i ordered. the bag had been cut open and powder sugar was every where in the box and all over my other items i had ordered. i can not use this product due to there is none in the bag!!! This has to be, hands down, the absolute best powdered sugar of all time (low-carb or not). I don't know what they do to this but it taste better than any regular sugar. The flavor is just awesome. DH and I have been on keto for about 6 months now, and I was beginning to think I was going to have to give up on sweet fat bombs because I absolutely hate the taste of fake sweeteners. After trying a few top brands that supposedly taste "just like sugar", I found Sukrin and thought I'd give it a try. It is pricier than any of the others, but it is WELL worth the expense if you're doing a LCHF diet and don't want to give up sweets. This has NO cooling effect, NO weird "fake sugar" taste, and it sweetens just the same as regular sugar. I'm going to try the Sukrin Gold next so I can make caramel.
