The sugar wax is great quality and the jar could last years depending on how much I use it. It sticks well and does mainly painlessly gets hair off. However, I either am related to sasquatch, or I'm terrible at this, but it seems to take forever to get a patch of hair fully pulled out. Worst part is the repetition of it, I feel like it's a full day project if I want to do my legs. Using too much of the wax and some error that makes the wax stick and pull at the skin. I've gained a few bruises on my legs. When the hair is gone- it's smooth but I don't have the time or patience to meticulously rip off every hair with the wax. It's faster to shave even if it's annoying to do it more often. I know I'm doing a lot wrong, but creating a new habit that already takes forever doesn't seem worth it. The keep-up and clean-up is sticky and a similar struggle. I feel like this is a clean and reusable approach to waxing. I just don't see myself becoming a master using it anytime soon. ... show more

When I first used this I loved it so much I sent it to my friends. But I’ve got “strawberry skin”/keratosis and a few weeks after using this it was the worst it’s ever been. I think bc the hairs growing back really are much finer like they say, but thats worse for ppl w this condition bc makes it even harder for the hair to break thru the skin ... show more

I really wanted to love this, but it just did not work well for me. I've made my own sugaring paste in the past and that worked very well, but I was trying to cut corners and save myself the labor of making my own. I found this sugaring paste way too sticky right away. I managed to use a piece only 2-3 times before it became unusably goopy, far less than I recall with my previous sugaring experience. While I like the idea of the flickers I also found applying the paste with them using the 3 swipe against the growth pattern of the hair method SUPER painful...like, more painful than actually ripping the hair out. All in all I wasn't able to complete what I set out to sugar and am resorting to booking a salon appointment to sort myself out. ... show more

I love sugar wax. Didn't take too long to get the flick. Not having to clean fabric strips or buy disposable strips is awesome. Pulling with the grain if the hair is probably the best part hich gentler and easier on my opinion.

I've attempted to make this at home, and even bought a few from different sellers on etsy, but this is easily the best by FAR. The sugar itself is the PERFECT consistency! Not to firm and not too sticky. Got really good flicker cards, and in two sizes, which is WAY better than the weird popsicle sticks most people send you. I love the container it comes in too. I used to get it in glass jars essentially, but they always became impossible to open after a few uses from the sugar. The plastic of the container and the safety seal actually make it super easy to open, and I think its easier to tell if wax is on the rim, so you can wipe it off before closing it. All in all, I will ABSOLUTELY be repurchasing when I run out, which will be a while because it takes hardly any to cover a large area! BUY THIS ONE! ... show more

    • Slow start but loved the end result
I love this product. I get sugared at home, but am currently unable to get it done professionally. There is a learning curve, and I did get the sugar mashed up in my hair a bit for a moment. But just as advertised, i was able to rinse it out and start fresh. Once I got the hang of it, it was a breeze! I did a complete Brazilian on my own! Not one hair left. And honestly it was even less painful than when I get it done professionally. It did take me 2 hours lol, but this was my first attempt ever at sugaring myself.     • The Sticky Hell
Yes it removed the hair in the areas it worked. Yes the flick was pretty easy to do once or twice in the line. But as soon as I got to the 3rd rip all it did was goo up and I'm left with pubic hair completely stuck in sticky sugar. Then I have to try and get it out because its now too warm to be flicked. Plus you have to clean the scraper every single time in the sink and get new sugar on it. It's rediculously time consuming and just left me with a sticky frustrated mess.
