  • WHY WE LOVE THE WAXING KIT - "I was shocked that this wax consistently removes the entire hair, tip to root." Nothing will ever compare if you are getting salon-grade hair-removal result that lasts up to 6 weeks!
  • DIY BIKINI/BRAZILIAN WAX - When it comes to sensitive spots, hard wax definitely is a better choice since it would only stick to the hairs (not skin, ouch!). Friendly to any wax newbie, this at home waxing starter kit will get the unwanted coarse & fine body hair removed while save your Bigg...
  • 10 MINS TO HEAT - Wax that doesn't melt evenly can crack and go brittle...Thats why the Automatic Keep Warm function matters: your pearl wax always stays ready for serving! Featuring the innovative PTC heating technology, Kotamu wax warmer for hair removal just provides more UNIFORM HEATING.
  • FULL BODY WAX KIT - Super fed up with the messy and smelly depilatories? Heres your way to go! The light and pleasant scent indicates the soothing, gentle formula(wax beads for sensitive skin!) and thus is ideal for face, chest, back, arms and legs flawless hair removal.
  • WAX READY IN ONE GO - Only one step and wax is ready to serve your SKIN! Simply rotate the knob to your perfect spot, e.g., one may figure out that 165F is best for waxing her legs. It is NORMAL for the thermostat to go up and up. This is to allow the wax heater to fully warm up. It will automatically cool down to your desired temp.

  • Great Experience!
Color: Blush
I’d like to state that I am a novice at waxing. I have a terrible reaction to shaving. No matter the blade, technique, or aftercare product, I seem to always end up with terrible razor bumps that hurt badly. With summer coming up, I decided I’ve had enough and want to feel confident showing my legs again. I did quite a bit of research regarding different products and how to wax properly. I watched lots of videos as well- some helpful and some scary. But I quickly learned the scary ones were truly human error or a lack of practice. I’m hoping that sharing my experience can help another beginner like me! Since I wasn’t sure how my skin would react to waxing, I didn’t want to spend a fortune. But I also wanted to do it right. This was a wonderful deal. The warmer is super cute (I got the pink one), and it’s small enough to fit on my bathroom shelf. It’s also not an eye sore and I don’t feel the need to hide it somewhere. Shipping was fast and everything was exactly as described. The manual was very helpful, although I do think it would have touched more on how to operate the actual warmer. However, it ended up not being an issue because it’s easy-peasy. After plugging in and pouring your wax beads, you simply turn the dial to the temp you’d like. 155-160 was perfect for me. The manual does address this, but you must remember that the warmer is going to reach its max temp in order to fully melt the wax (240 something- extremely hot!) The digital reader will rise and then fall back down to your set temp. There’s also a red/green light to let you know when it’s ready (it took about a total of 10-15 minutes.) Test a small amount on your inner wrist before diving into it. This will give you an idea of how it will feel and if the consistency is correct. I feel that it needs to be a bit thicker than honey… more like condensed milk. There is definitely a learning curve to this whole process. Holding horizontally and twisting the stick is your best friend. This helps to create a bulb at the end of the stick. I recommend also using an up and down motion as you twist, similar to a handshake, to separate any strings hanging onto the bulb. If there is any dripping, the wax is way too hot, but this should not happen if you keep it between 155-160. I started on my leg and the technique wasn’t hard to learn, but I was getting sad when I wasn’t picking up much hair. I took a break from that and tried my armpit. This is where I learned a lot. Because my armpits are more sensitive than my legs, and I was anxious about the pain, I peeled the wax much sooner than I was before. It ripped out every hair. And I mean ALL of it. And the pain was so minimal, it took me all of 2 minutes to finish both armpits. The directions say to peel after 30-45 seconds, but this was too long and was making the wax un-stick to my hair. I found more success in waiting about 10 seconds, and so the rest of the waxing was smooth sailing. I’m sure it can be different for people with other hair types and directions of growth, but I think patience and practice is key. I let my coarser hairs grow a bit longer than a grain of rice (which was an annoying 3 weeks, but it’s worth it!) My hairs grow at different speeds and thickness, so I can feel some of the small, finer hairs still. But I know waxing has to be done multiple times before it’s uniform and/or stops growing. You can always tweeze anything noticeable leftover. Overall, I am so satisfied and impressed with this purchase and couldn’t recommend it enough, especially for someone wanting to learn how. It's been 24 hours and normally I’d be covered in painful bumps, but my skin is silky smooth and clear! I love that they also sell Kotamu wax beads separately so that you can keep using the brand if you adore it like I did! ... show more

  • PCOS babes, listen up!
Color: Blush
I've struggled with PCOS my entire adult life, that is, I've experienced significant facial hair growth for 15+ years. I absolutely hate it, and have tried literally everything to manage the hair growth and my discomfort- or so I thought. Despite the countless warnings that shaving would make the hair grow in thicker and darker (it does), shaving has been the most reliable method to keep my face free of unwanted hair. The primary reason being that I do not want to grow my hair out long enough to wax. I once got sick in India and was bedridden for almost a week. I didn't shave at all during that time (I currently shave daily) so was excited to be able to get waxed for the first time. I unfortunately was informed than that I would need to have my hair grow at least another week or two before the wax strips would take, despite what I would describe as a full short beard in the making (I even asked that they try and they did, only proving their knowledge of the wax product's limitations). I haven't tried waxing since, knowing I couldn't reasonably commit to consistently growing my hair out 2 weeks+ in order to wax it off. I saw the reviews on this product online and decided to give the hard wax a try, fully expecting it to not work. It had been about three or four days since I had shaved and my hair was noticeable but not long. To my surprise it worked like magic, with each strip taking our at least 90% of the short hairs! I'm amazed!! I finished my entire face and plucked what remained, finishing with a shave. And I am so so happy to feel a smooth face for the first time in years! It's feels and looks so much better! I came here immediately to post this review in case it inspires someone else in a similar situation to give it a try. I'm curious to see how it grows in as I continue waxing, and thrilled to have discovered this new, more complete pcos hair growth management option. :-) ... show more

  • It waxes
Color: Blush
I have never tried to wax myself before. And I don't think I will be doing it again... haha. I learned the hard way that waxing yourself is much harder than someone else pulling the wax off. But the waxer worked great! It took a while to heat up, about 15-20 minutes, but once it was, I was able to use it easily enough. The wax they provide smells nice and has a great consistency when it's heated up. ... show more

  • Really good home wax machine !
Color: Blush
I wanted a wax machine at home for my chin and upperlip hair. Because it is very expensive outside .. threading or waxing just for chin and upper lip hair. The last picture I have shared is after i removed chin hair with this wax. It worked really nice. My main concern was it would feel too hot to me but it didn’t. I kept temperature at 155F. And it was warm to work with. It was my first time waxing and it was comfortable. Only con is it creates ALOT of strings which was a bit difficult to handle. But manageable. After the wax pockets they have given finishes, I would buy wax from different company to try. Highly recommended! ... show more

  • Welcome to convenience
Color: Blush
This little bad boy is pretty darn nifty. Granite, being a newby it’s a lot of trial and error. I had to play with the heat settings a bunch to find that perfect temp and once I did WHEW. This thing is wonderful! Now, I only did my lip because if I dare try my eyebrows, I’d have none left but to cut costs down, this just saved a ton of money at the salons. Definitely a must have ... show more
