I’m impressed with the product but I’m concerned about shipping. I live in florida and my honey arrived open in the package. I don’t know if the heat made it break the seal or if mis handling was the reason but the honey had leaked into an inner bag inside the outside shipping bag/ envelope. I don’t know how comfortable I am using the 75% left in the bottle. I was very much looking forward to adding it to my morning coffee. I would like to order more but I’m concerned about the shipping. I ordered the vanilla honey and would like to try the other flavors. I think I will have to wait until cooler temperatures. That may be a while for me. I rated it four because I really like the concept and it looks rather good.

I purchased this honey to use in tea, but have not used it for that yet, however I really like the flavor. I'm sure it will work quite well. Compared to other specialty honey brands I've seen, it is very well-priced.

So I've just recently gotten into honey as I found my body is becoming sensitive/allergic to white sugar. Tried a few flavors and found one that I liked... took a chance and purchased a lemon honey by a different (local) company (raw & unfiltered.) I used that lemon honey to make lemonade and i love that the honey had a bit of an "apple" taste to it on the back end! To try and save a few pennies, I went with this brand when I re-ordered.... big mistake. For someone who is new to honey, I could immediately smell and taste the difference. The taste wasn't horrible but there was very little lemon-y flavor to me. Then i noticed "and other flavors" on the label.... yeah, this was a bad buy for me. Sorry, but would not recommend this one.
