I am dying to go see my favorite band in June and the tickets were extremely expensive!! I had money on a Visa Gift Card that I wanted to put towards tickets but StubHub will not allow multiple payments for a ticket order. Tried to purchase StubHub gift cards via the app but it wouldn’t accept the Visa Gift Card. I even called customer service with no help. So frustrating! I was able to order them through Amazon!!! They came within 24 hours and were exactly for the price I paid to fill them. I was so scared with a couple reviews saying they received empty cards. I was able to load my StubHub Gift Cards onto the wallet in the StubHub app and pay the rest on my credit card. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I feel sick to my stomach that Amazon thinks they can get away with stealing $400 from me. How many other customers has this happened to? I purchased a $500 StubHub gift card from ACI Gift Cards LLC, **an Amazon company,** as a Christmas gift for my fiancé. He was thrilled—basketball tickets on StubHub were the perfect way to use it. Fast forward to January: he goes to buy tickets. The gift card doesn’t work. — StubHub tells me to contact Amazon. — Amazon customer service says they’ll refund me. — They only refund $100 of the $500. — I call again. They "escalate" the issue and promise I’ll hear back in 48 hours. No one contacts me. — I call again. They tell me I’ll see a $400 refund in my Amazon account within hours. That was over a week ago. Nothing. — I contact customer service AGAIN. More empty promises. — My first contact with Amazon customer service about this was January 16. I have now been misled by four different agents, wasted hours of my time, and I’m still out $400. This is outrageous. Amazon has taken my money and refuses to fix it. If this isn’t resolved, I will cancel my Prime membership, my fiancé will close our Amazon credit card, and we will no longer use Prime, Audible, or any Amazon services. If you’re considering buying this gift card, DON’T. You’re gambling with your money, and Amazon might just keep it.

Do not, under any circumstances buy a branded gift card from Amazon. I paid 200$ for this gift card and it came to the recipient with a $0 value. Completely worthless. I then got questioned why I’m just reporting it 5 months later — bc we just tried using it!! Which is irrelevant. They said they couldn’t do anything about it. Really they never activated it and refuse to admit it. It’s a scam. They ended up crediting my Amazon account 200$ which I was then out another 200$ bc I owed the recipient a birthday gift !! $400 later ..don’t do it. Infuriated is an understatement

Purchased 2 of these as gifts, they went to use them and Stub Hub says they have no balance, return window gone will call credit card company and report them to Amazon.
