This is my go-to chili fixin' spice/sauce. I've usually always made my own spice from the ground up but for ease of use and flavor you simply cannot go wrong and you definitely will not regret the purchase. This can take your "average" chili and knock it out of the park I highly recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to spend a bunch of time creating/mixing their own spices. This is the best stuff. Great flavor, easy to use. I get lots of compliments when I make my chili using Stubbs. It used to be a lot cheaper to purchase at the grocery store than it is on Amazon!

I've been using this mix for years and love it for making chili in the slow cooker. It's become extremely difficult to find this in stores, so I'm glad I was able to find it here. If you're looking for an easy to use and flavorful chili mix I would highly recommend using this one!

Love this sauce when I'm smoking meat. Keeps the meat moist and adds just a touch of flavor with the mustard and pepper. Also use it when I wrap the meat so that there is plenty of steam and flavor when finishing the cooking.

This brand is our family favorite chili when we don't have time to cook from the scratch. We usually use lamb meat. It goes so well! With avo, cheese, sour cream and ciantro...YUM!! If you like spicy, this one is for you. But you don't have to use a packet if you don't like spicy. I’ve struggled making great chili for most of my life until now! I substitute beer for broth and add onions, diced green chilies, and use ground Turkey instead of beef. It only takes 3tbs of seasoning packet, then top off with green onion slices, cheese and sour cream! WOW! Enjoy y’all’s!

I like Stubbs BBQ sauce so I thought this would be good. I read the reviews...good and bad. A couple said this was salty. It’s not. Not at all. In fact, I had to add salt because of how bland this is. A lot of people said this was really spicy and some even said to not use the spice packet at all! I used the whole pack and this was really mild...barley registered any heat at all. I read how the chipotle flavor shines. I didn’t taste any chipotle flavor at all. I had to add chipotle powder to get a hint of it. I think this would be sufficient as a “hotdog chili” as it just doesn’t pack any kind of punch like chili should. Chili “in a bowl” should be a comfort food on a cold day and should warm the soul. This bland hamburger soup wouldn’t warm the coldest ex wife. Maybe pick this up when it goes on clearance for a dollar. ... show more
