When we pointed this out to the good folks who make Da Bomb hot sauces, they were more than happy to oblige our natural bent. Introducing Da Bomb Evolution! This fresh take on the hotly hyped original packs much of the same heat but with loads of flavor. Fiery red super hot scorpion peppers are balanced with hearty spices like paprika and turmeric, as well as sugar, garlic and lemon for a sauce that stops you in your tracks as much for its savory flavor as its heat. A hint of delicate herbs like cilantro and mint finish things off and leave you wanting another bite. Definitely nowhere near the hottest sauce out there, or that I have tried. However, if you get a raw jalapeno and dip it into the sauce it seems to take up a notch or two. Overall not bad, could be hotter but taste was sufficient to cover up the lack of heat. If you don't like heat at all this will be too hot for you. If you ever eaten any real hot sauce, this will be merely another good tasting sauce to add to your chili, hamburger or even on a taco.     • THIS IS THE AUTHENIC HOT SAUCE LOVERS HOT SAUCE!
After continuously listening to a hot sauce loving connoisseur brag about how no hot sauce was hot enough for them; and, them going through bottles of various hot sauces like they were water, I gifted them with this after seeing a review here on Amazon. WELP! Needless to say, they met their hot sauce loving match and bowed down to Da Bomb! Personally, I took a whiff and was immediately fearful for anyone's mouth and other body parts after consuming it. Let's just say that after a minuscule amount of Da Bomb on a piece of Humble Pie ... they were sheepishly grateful for my thoughtfulness. Go there if you dare but I guarantee you only a small amount will be needed for any culinary delight. ;o) ... show more

This sauce is great and it’s very hot. The heat hits you early. If you are looking to combine heat sources this one is excellent to add early heat. It tastes like chilis and garlic; also it is not sweet at all. A little of this goes a long way. If you are turned off from Da’Bomb because of the flavor (not the heat) of “Beyond Insanity” try this one. ... show more

The problem with extremely spicy hot sauce they start tasting the same as the other extremely hot sauces. Manufacturing/chemical taste with hot residue left behind.

This hot sauce is absolute direct heat; not much of a taste. However, if you are marinating chicken, steak, stew, etc. A good dab of this will give you the desirable heat you're looking for(anymore than a dab, then vaya con Dios!) It's also good for those looking to challenge their hot pallet and push it to the limits. After eating it, it will leave your mouth with a tingly sensation; that's when you know its good. Honestly the best part is that you can alter the flavor with any sauce you decide to mix it with for some kick. I have had the hottest Da' Bomb and I have purchased the, joke Da Bomb for $17, in a 4 oz. bottle. Now they're charging $36 for the original Da' Bomb in a 2 oz bottle which I considered small for $36.?
