This is beautiful fabric. I got it to line a box I'm making for presentation of a Bible to my daughter. The fabric looks just like velvet, which would have been my first choice. However, velvet has become so expensive, I didn't think worth it. I'm very pleased with this and you can't tell it isn't velvet if you don't inspect the wrong side. It has some stretch, but not a lot. It is a little thin, so may not be suitable for a dress unless it is just used as trim of some kind. I would recommend it. I ordered purple, and it is very regal looking. Just as I expected the color to be, so anyone should be able to pick their color with confidence that it will look like what you envision. The quality of this fabric is excellent. The color is deep and dreamy, and the texture is very soft. I have made many things with it, and also used it as the backdrop in many photographs. I appreciate the quality of this fabric, and I'll be returning to purchase more on a regular basis. Thank you!

Used for a party decor craft and it worked perfectly. The fabric is super stretchy and just a little sheer and lightweight.

Sweetness? To me that means thin. So gave it 3 stars. I don't want thin. So that threw me. I like the thickness and the stretch. Over all very nice material.

This was bought last minute for a halloween costume. It measured easily, cut well, did not leave fuzz fibers in my sewing machine, didnt bunch or twist... 12/10. Absolutely recommend!
