I use regular olive oil shampoo and conditioner that's my go to cleaning products, the hair didn’thave a smell I just like cleaning my bundles before I installing them. The media could not be loaded. The item came fast. The hair was very soft. The hair was on the thinner side. I don’t think I could make a full wig with these bundles BUT it is very good for making clip-ins OR a quick weave bob with leave out. The tracks are thin. Hair is true to length. No smell. Will be buying another set of bundles to make will fuller. Love this purchase.

The hair is good quality for the price. I haven't installed as yet but I did was the hair and it is still soft, have sheen and is not shedding so far. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I ordered a straight hair and I feel they are more wavy than straight. Overall, good buy

The media could not be loaded. This was my first time using this hair. My stylist suggested it. It did not shed, held curls well and did not tangle. I got it sewn in. I got it washed and curled after 2 weeks and it curled even better after the wash.
