These shoes are really cute and very comfortable. Just got them today, so far they seem sturdy. The inside is just a regular soft insert, not any type of foam (some other canvas shoes have a bit of a foam insert). If you need a lot of support, just note that these are flat inside, no support. The color in person is more of an off-white or cream color. I was hoping for the crisp white shown in the photos, but they are close enough. I am really glad I took time to read the reviews, and I ordered a size up. I am a True 7.5, so I ordered a size 8. The 8 slips on, but very snug. I anticipate the canvas will losen up a bit with wear. The main page of this shoe shows they run big... thats not the case! Order a half size or whole size up and you should be good.

These shoes have become my absolute favorite! There is no heal-pain because of the soft elastic-type ankle on the shoe, the colors are so fun, and the shoes are so lightweight and feel great! I will be doing a lot of walking around in Italy and wanted a shoe to sport with dresses so I could still look cute and THESE DID NOT DISAPPOINT. I bought three pairs!!

Bought these as a casual shoe to go with chinos, jeans & summer skirts. Shoes are extremely comfortable, and I ordered my usual size six and I have a half inch from the top of my big toe to the end of the shoe, exactly like how I remember getting measured as a kid. I am not wearing these with socks, as I consider that the point of them being machine washable. I did find the tag and elastic on the right shoe were immediately irritating, whereas the on the left I couldn't even feel them. If you have this problem (one shoe fits without a whisper of discomfort anywhere while the other is immediately irritating) I highly recommend you take a seam ripper to the little tag, as it will come right out just like on clothes, with no damage to the shoe's interior lining. Next, for the elastic part that was poking me, I took sewing scissors and trimmed it as close to the double seem stitching as possible. Doing this shortened the elastic and made it so that it no longer stuck out beyond the comfy tongue of the shoe, and the irritation was eliminated. The shoe sole is literally shaped with arch support. Can't knock a comfy shoe that you can throw in the wash for $30. Already ordered a second pair for convenience.

These shoes are cute and true to size. I had tried Keds, but they were too long for my feet. These fit better and are easy to get on and off. The only down side is that they offer no support. I bought insoles to add to them, but it still feels like I don't have the support I'd like.
