My toilet tanks do not sit flush with wall. Baskets may not work it your toilet tank is tightly against wall behind tank.

I love baskets like this, but they have a tendency to be rather fragile. Not these! They are incredibly solid and sturdy, very well made. I was very pleasantly surprised, and my mom is jealous!
