Beautiful, sturdy, easy to assemble. This was exactly what my living room was missing. I had a big space and a large dark gray sectional. I wasn't sure how to use the space and found this searching for a chair or something to sit on. It shipped fast, within a few days of ordering. I assembled it in less than 15 minutes and I love the way it turned out. It also opens fir storage of throw blankets, board games or anything you'd want close by in your living room. Would recommend. 10/10

I received the ottoman two days ago! I finally opened it and put it together. Edit 7/21/25: It has a missing screw without which it's can't be sat on since it tilts as soon as any weight is put on it. The package doesn't have information about customer service so I am hoping the seller would reach out and they still haven't. It was pretty easy to put together. The fabric is nice but doesn't feel velvet as stated. It is more chenille for those who are familiar. For the price I paid, I expected velvet. For assembly the main seat comes put together which is nice! Sides are kinda slide and snap in place. And then you just position the feet and put really long screw with the provided long reach L-key. I had an issue. Looks like I received a defective screw that was a manufacturing error. Now I kinda just sat that leg under and hoping that seller will reach out. So far, contacting seller through chat didn't work, it keeps redirecting me to amazon and amazon directs me to contact seller. I hope I'll get that one screw! I will come back and update the review based on what solution is offered and how quickly because it keeps tipping over and It can't be sat on and it's a safety concern.

Update: I added longer screws to the product and it’s held together nicely so far. The companies customer service reached out when they read my review and remedied the situation rather quickly after I posted it. If you purchase I would suggest using longer screws than what are provided. I was so excited to get this bench for my bedroom. I wish I would have waited, spent a little more money and bought a better quality item. Let me start off by saying I’ve put plenty of furniture together before and have never had any issues. This is a very poor quality item. I received this item with several screws screwed in crooked or either almost falling out, no problem right? Wrong. When I tried to take them out to fix them so the lid would be correct the screws were stripped. I wasn’t even that upset about that the nail in the coffin was the anchor that was on one side of the bench that was supposed to hold the arm on. I got one arm on no problem slide right into the anchor piece, the second arm we tried and tried to slide in, it would either get stuck or slide right out. After further inspection I found that the screws in the anchor were stripped so the anchor eventually pulled right off the side of the chair. No big deal I thought I’d just contact Amazon and return the piece. Wrong. When I went to take the other arm off.. it was stuck on the bench no amount of pulling or beating was going to get it out. When I explained multiple times to Amazon that the piece wouldn’t fit back in the box because of the arm they kept repeating they couldn’t do anything till they received the product back. I ended up adding multiple screws in places they don’t go to hold the other arm on, and beating the arm on that wouldn’t fit correctly with a mallet. Again do not buy this product spend a little more on a better quality one, and don’t expect Amazon to help if you do buy it and need to return it.

I really like the color and the style of this Ottoman Bench. It was just what I was looking for. However, when it came, there was a lot of extra tape on the box. Of course it came needing assembled, but had no instructions. My husband and I finally figured it out, but the legs are dusty and some wear on them. One side where the lid opens, it appears to have rubbed-there is a mark and it was there before I used it. It also had some other spots that I was able to wipe off. I will not be sending it back, just wanted to voice how unhappy I was with the fact I think I was sold a "used" product for obviously "new" price!
