I purchased the 3 bag laundry hamper. I bought this to replace an old cloth 3 section laundry hamper with scissoring frame and legs. The frame got bent long ago. The cloth separating the bins was ripped effectively making it a 2 bin hamper. So, admittedly, it wouldn't take much make a big improvement. However, I was impressed with this product starting with the construction, design, and sturdiness of the box in which it was shipped. It seemed of the quality of boxes in which I've received electronics such as laptops. Assembly was pretty straight-forward. I was able to accomplish it in about a half an hour while watching tv. At first, I thought it was going to be a struggle, with only one double sided sheet of instructions, no narratives, just diagrams. I have often found such to be a frustrating experience in the past, because the diagrams and the parts didn't always seem to have originated from the same universe. Refreshingly, there was a key that labeled each part, and told how many of each were included; and it was accurate. There are many tubes, which could have been confusing, as they seemed so similar; but they are all labeled with numbers that correspond to the legend. Each frame, with one exception, told what parts were needed for that step, with blow-ups for details of assembly. The one exception was that the wheels were magically installed between 2 frames of the instructions. However, it was obvious that they needed to be installed at that point, and not difficult to figure how to apply them. In the hardware sack was a hex wrench and a small nut wrench for applying and tightening screws and wheels. 2 of the wheels can be locked. Since there are no explicit instructions about which ones to place where, you get to choose that yourself. But it helps to spot that ahead of time, as it is not spelled out, so you can be at choice. During assembly, I was impressed at what I felt was the quality of the parts and how they went together in such a relatively inexpensive product, around $35. After assembly, I was pleased with how easily the large wheels allowed maneuvering through a home with tile, carpet, and the transitions between. We have used it for one week's laundry now. When my wife first saw the 3 hanging bags, she thought that it would hold less than our old open, single unit with cloth septa. However, once we started actually using it, and she saw how the bags expanded to accept the load, she agreed that it will actually hold more than our old one. These are sturdy bags with reinforces edges that, I believe, will hold up for a long time. The fact that the bags can be individually removed and carried to the laundry room is a real blessing. Even if our old unit weren't bent, and we could have wheeled it to the laundry room, it would not have been of benefit, as we don't have room to allow the hamper in the laundry room. As it was, we had to scoop the laundry out of the hamper and carry the load to the laundry room, and then go back and pick up socks and such that had dropped along the way. Over all, we are very happy with our new laundry hamper, acknowledging that it wouldn't take much to improve over what we had before. However, EVEN IF I HAD SPENT DOUBLE OR TRIPLE THE AMOUNT, I DON'T KNOW WHAT MORE I WOULD WANT OUT OF A LAUNDRY HAMPER. It's perfect for our needs.

So far so good! Easy assembly, wheels glide well. The hanging part of the basket is easily knocked off when taking laundry out but we aren't exactly being careful to avoid nudging them either. The fabric is sturdy and should last a while. The framing is not the most heavy-duty but works well.

I very reluctantly replaced my old sorter with only two bins as it finally wore out. I was prepared not to like this one. But no! It's sturdier than the old one, not unattractive at least, although the grey color is somewhat industrial for a bedroom, and I really enjoy the convenience of taking the bags one at a time to the laundry instead of lugging all the clothes at once in a larger heavy bin like my old one. I take the whites, then the colors, and the third, the delicates bag, I don't take every time I do laundry. I haven't encountered the difficulty (slipping and sliding out of the cloth tabs) with the 'hanger' that holds each bag; it carries easily, including fairly large loads. The wheels make it easy to move to clean around it, and I could actually roll the whole thing to the laundry--but why would I? Well designed and really functional and the assembly directions were, gasp, easy to follow. And this new one was not expensive at all. I'm getting another for a son's room.

It was easy to assemble, but we were 2 people doing it and it took us less than 20 minutes. Only one person can still assemble it with a bit more time. It looks very nice. The three bags are independent, so if needed, you can pull it out with ease. It looks somewhat sturdy - will definitely hold the weight of the clothes. But I fear that when I pull it all the way to the basement and back and forth, wheels stepping in and out of the elevators, etc, it will not resist a very long time. This is plastic, and it is a lightweight plastic - which is great for pushing it around but makes it flimsier. The price allows one to buy another one when this one is done, but it's a lot of trash for a world that doesn't need any additional trash, specially plastic. For the next one, I will buy again my previous one, which was made of metal. That one was very, very sturdy - but the wheels came off. It seems I can't find one that is sturdy all around. The strongest one are those used by hotels and big establishments, but they are too big for my small apartment. This one will do for the time being and I'm happy with the purchase. Good value for its cost.

Both my partner & I struggle with ADHD, so regular chores and tasks are often tougher to initiate because we’re overwhelmed with the number of small steps that go into the one thing. Laundry is one of those because we often dread sorting everything. This hamper is exactly what I needed to help cut down on that step because it makes it easier to sort my laundry as I go throughout the week rather than doing it all at once when it’s time to wash everything. It was super easy to put together (we actually now have three lol) and holds quite a bit of laundry. It seems pretty sturdy. We don’t have to roll them around much because they sit on carpet and we usually just grab one basket at a time to take to the laundry room, but the wheels seem to work fine nonetheless. It doesn’t look super glamorous but I also don't think it looks cheap like some of the single plastic baskets do.

I use this for lightweight clothes, t-shirts,undies and socks, in one bag. I put jeans in one bag and towels in the other. Takes up a small footprint wherever you put it. Mine is in the bedroom. The laundry sorter looks nice. It has wheels to roll it to the washer or each bag can be taken separately. It's a functional item that helps keep my room organized nicely. I am very pleased.
