Product arrived early. Chairs one day and the table next day. Pretty easy to put together. Heavy and solid!!! I purchased these when there was a deal going on. The only thing I wish was that the screws were black. Not worth giving it 4 stars over that. The price and quality outweigh the screw color. I suppose I could purchase black screws at the hardware store if it bothers me too much. If you’re undecided, I say go for it. You will be pleasantly surprised by the quality/price. ... show more

We bought this for our front deck and we really like it. My son is quite heavy, and he says the chairs are grea t! Plenty of room for his size and weight, easy to get out of. Very comfy to sit in, and they look great! They arrive as a flat pack and my son had no problems putting the items together, all was as advertised! Huge fan of the product right now. Heavy furniture. Seem sturdy. Look great. Bench is a bit... too upright for my liking, but the chairs are very nice and comfortable. I'd rather have another chair than the bench, or maybe the backless bench. Building was easy. Steps were easy. Really someone thought out everything. Just the way the connectors work, how cleanly labeled everything is, how well conditioned everything was packaged and showed up... I'd definitely order again. I actually did order again cuz I ordered a rocking chair and a 3rd chair. Seem like they will be resistant to weather and dirt and be easy to clean. Only knock is that bench isnt super comfy and I wish I ordered a 3rd chair. But even then, still 5 stars for me. Would recommend. ... show more

The design and comfort of the chair are both very good. The material it’s made off seems well suited for outdoors and likely will last a long time. ASSEMBLING the chair is frustrating because the instructions are so badly and incompletely written. Adding to this problem is that the identification stickers placed on the various parts are missing or have become detached in shipping and handling. The HARDWARE is stainless steel, but very low quality since it’s very easy to round out the Allen heads. Two of the pre-drilled holes were too shallow and had to be drilled further to allow a crossmember to fit flush. Plastic caps to hide the hardware holes should be provided. Structurally, I’m concerned that the chair does not have a horizontal support between the rear lower legs; time will tell how these chairs will hold up. Customer service is lacking. There is no contact phone number to call to report a problem or seek a solution - just an e-mail address. If the manufacturer would correct these issues, the chairs would be perfect. ... show more

The directions were easy to follow if you are comfortable building furniture. I’ve built lots of things around our house like this so it took about 30 mins for the first chair and 20 mins for the second. These are a beautiful blue color and are so comfortable. I can’t wait until spring when the weather warms up and I can spend more time on the balcony. ... show more

I live about 50 feet from the ocean. I purches some iron chairs that did not hold up at all and had to throw out. These hold up very well, are very comforatable (dont need pads), and look great.
