Typically I wear a 34d sister size 36C so I purchased the suggested size of a d and the cups are absolutely huge. In addition, no matter how these things were positioned there was no push-up whatsoever. They did however flatten me out on one try.. like pushed down saggy pancakes, they don't even look like that with no bra so this made it worse. The bra was sticky the first time but when it didn't push up I thought maybe I put it on wrong abd found in repositioning that these cups will not stay sticky for very long. Complete waste of money. There are others that fasten in the front that I have used in the past that do a much better job on the push-up and do not loose their sticky, I will go back to those. This item is very misleading do not waste your money. I did not attempt to use the nipple covers that come with as my only goal was for the push-up bra so I cannot speak about those.
