This set just got dragged around Europe for two weeks. Five international flights, two trains and countless historic cobblestone streets. It handled it all! The hard case is something I was wary of, but it really gave me a sense of security that my breakables would be fine as they were so well protected. We bought a lot of brraksbles I never would have put in a soft sided bag. The wheels are VERY smooth, they handle very well. I couldn't believe the beating they took on the cobblestones of Munich. Not a single issue. The prints are easy to spot at the airport and although there were some scuffs most of them wiped right off. It's great looking and the telescopic handles are very sturdy. I have a habit of hanging my very heavy purse on them and they withstood it fine. The side handles are sturdy as well, and the zipper is well made. I really liked the interior zip pouch, I was able to tuck away dirty clothes and souvenirs and keep them out of my way as the trip went on. I actually felt quite organized due to it. The three sizes are perfect, I never had an issue with the smallest as a carry on and I had brought the largest one since this was a long trip. The medium one will be perfect for shorter trips or warm weather trips which don't need bulky clothes. I would repurchase this in a heartbeat.. if it could handle the beating I just gave it and come out like new I'm confident it will last a long time. very happy.

I bought this three-piece set in Sept 2017 from amazon. These suitcases have endured several trips around the country and a couple international trips. The outer film has started to bubble and have quite a few scuffs but that's to be expected after 7+ years of travel. I have never seen another traveler with this set so I always know which suitcase is mine at baggage claim. 10/10 recommend.

This really is a great set. I bought a different luggage set as well and compared the two. This Steve Madden set was much more smoother with maneuverability. It's very petty, but I am quite saddened to say that my luggage arrived damaged. There is a crack near the bottle wheel. Whatever the impact was caused the "rim" to pop off.

There’s not a con for me to add. However; many pros! The set is perfect. The picture does it no justice! Very lightweight but sturdy. I ordered for my daughter who’s in college. It’s perfect for her. Very stylish and durable. It survived her flight back to school. I was pretty hesitant of how it would handle baggage handling. But it handled it very well. Love this set! Think I’m going to order a set for myself! Also there’s several different zip compartments to store things. Not sure if that’s what it’s for, but it worked for us! BONUS!

I had bought this in January of 2018 for an upcoming flight to Washington from Nevada. It's the perfect size! It wheels good on carpet, so I have high expectations on sidewalks and linoleum. The side handle is extremely durable and fits nicely in your hands. The only thing that has me worried is that the rolling handle doesn't lock 100% in place. It is kind of wobbly, but I will see how it works out once I get to the airport and to Washington. Great price for the quality and brand. Update: My trip to Washington in June with this carry on was perfect. I had so much room, even after buy little souvenirs. The rolling handle doesn't lock and was a bit wobbly, but other than that it did the job done. It also meets the requirements for a carry on when flying through Alaskan Airlines.

I purchased this luggage specifically because of the "5 Year Manufacturer's Warranty" listed at the end of the Product Description. Everything worked fine until April 2018 (purchased in March 2017) when I took and a trip and the medium-sized luggage broke at the zipper in several places. I contacted Amazon and they told me they couldn't do anything for me and that I would have to go through the manufacturer. I chatted with a Steve Madden representative for a few minutes about the situation and told them that the product is covered by a 5 year warranty (or so it says it is) and they said they couldn't help me because "too much time has passed" even though it's only been 1 year of a 5 year warranty. Then they immediately ended the chat with me. I called the customer service phone line and kept getting put on live hold for over 7 minutes-meaning the rep just kept saying "hold on." I got so frustrated I hung up. Steven Madden customer service is rude and flat out ignored me and hung up without satisfying a warranty they claim they are offering. Nothing against Amazon but you should know this seemingly has no warranty! Nice luggage but if anything happens to it, you're on your own after 30 days.
