Like the hat. Package arrived a week later than promised. It was shipped from Germany, which was a surprise. Tracking of shipment did not have correct status information.

Arrived in a shipping box, not a hat box. Back of hat was crushed and permantly deformed. Returned it. It would have been a great hat, and I would have reordered, but it is no longer available in my size.

The hat was very nice. However, when I tried it on it was too big. I ordered what I thought was a Medium size after considerable time attempting to understand how the sizes differed. Very confusing.
