Seems to work well to clean soft ice cream machines. It is easy to mix and seems to do a good job with my ice cream machine. I would by it again, if I ever use all of this container. But I recommend if ordering this, it be the only item on the order, because it arrived with other items in the box and it in a plastic bag, but some spilled into the plastic bag and the box all over the other items. ... show more
