I bought the very same water toy for my now five-year old nephew for his 2nd birthday. My nephew now has a little brother and new cousin to join the play. All the boys are entertained for hours by this toy: a 2 and 3 year old plus the big boy now 5. Based on the amount of time, the boys spend engaged in water play and the various ages who can play, I ordered a new water table for my deck and patio. Can't go wrong with this purchase. My only complaint is that the tower is a bit loose and a couple of the toys don't actually fit snugly into the base. I can handle these minor inconveniences with something like this. ... show more

After review many of the play water tables, I picked this one since my grandson is only 15 months old and the size was good for him. He has been walking for 3 months so can move around the table with ease. He is an only child so far, but to have a friend play too would be even more fun. I purchased more water toys, like plastic fish, which adds to his fun. I love the fountain option which is very easy and only requires the small pail of water to be poured into the top. That is still a little high for him, but I love sitting by him and 'making' the water falls. It is not the most stable toy I have purchased, but unless your child is hard on toys, it should be fine. My grandson tried to climb up into it when he first saw it, but it was fine after that. ... show more

I’ll never fully understand why toddlers love playing with water so much, but it’s a fact...they do! My son played with a similar water station at a BBQ last summer and he, along with 10 other toddlers, all flocked to it the whole day! We ordered this one that night and he played with it the entire summer. He loves it so much we even brought it inside this spring on some bad weather days, because he wanted to me play with it and couldn’t wait for it to get warmer out.
