  • Headsets so nice I bought them twice!
Work and sound great! I initially had the Arctis 7P for my PS5 and really enjoyed the comfort and sound. After I bought my X series and realized the 7X's worked on both consoles it was a no brainer! The comfort, sound and 24 hour of use battery life make these headphones unmatched for the price.

  • Breaks easily
Left headphone rattled out of package. The headphone has lost all structure and began hanging from the headset with minimal use.

  • Incredible sound
I mainly use this for Hunt Showdown where sound is critical. I'm not good enough at the game to take full advantage.

  • If it wasn't for comfort, it would be less than 4 stars.
Much more comfortable for a gamer with bigger ears. Which is a huge plus considering most headsets lack comfort for long durations of gameplay. Sad part is I just got them in today and charged them up to play some Pubg on xbox, and wouldn't you know.... the sound quality is not on par. Now, the sound isn't horrible, it's definitely better than tv speakers but my astro A20 sound quality is 4 times better right out of the box. If you're looking for sound quality for shooters, this isn't the headset for you. If you want something comfy for casual games that don't require much attention on background noises, this is for you. ... show more

  • Good buy
Works very well. Very comfortable and good sound. Only small downside is having to plug in a dongle

  • Comfy but sounds like garbage
I got these to replace my turtle beach stealth 700s. The turtle beach’s sound was amazing but I had so many connection and hardware issues with them. The 7x feels great but they sound like I bought them from a gas station. I’ve tried using their sound modifier program and every option I’ve messed with just sucked. Even all the preset options sucked too. Plus if I wanted to change something like add more bass or less treble I’d have to stop playing hook the headset to the computer load the program mess around with it use YouTube to simulate game play for the game I’m playing then once I was “happy” I have to plug the dongle to the Xbox again and reconnect. The turtle beaches had bt and an app so it was super easy to mess with stuff on the fly. ... show more
