Very comfortable pair of headsets. I believe the most comfortable. I'm actually going to upgrade, and because this pair needs the USB wire plugged into your system, I want to eliminate that from my gaming setup. They stay connected and the ability to control the volume of game chat or game sound and isolate them both if needed works really well when you need to lock-in. Work and sound great! I initially had the Arctis 7P for my PS5 and really enjoyed the comfort and sound. After I bought my X series and realized the 7X's worked on both consoles it was a no brainer! The comfort, sound and 24 hour of use battery life make these headphones unmatched for the price.

Does everything you want it to do works with Xbox PlayStation and switch the only one out there. Plus amazing quality. Sounds great! Would recommend to anyone looking for a gaming headset.

It worked great but for the year or two it got messed up. I don’t even used it that much. Battery life does last a while sound quality is great. It is comfortable. The connectivity is horrible.

The headphones are ok when they connect properly. At times I’ll have to unplug the dongle from the Xbox to get the unit to connect. Inconvenient but still a good set of headphones.

    • Complete garbage. Absolutely frustrating to use
initially worked fine until one day the headset would connect to my series x and then no one could hear me talk. I could hear the party and game but no one could hear myself talk. The chat/game volume is not properly balanced at all and does not allow you to individually control chat/game. Don’t understand why they did it this way. Now it won’t charge. Everyday it’s something new with this headset and I’m done with it. Works great when it actually works (which is never) 0/5 stars get an Astro instead ... show more
