I bought the Stearns Puddle Jumper life jacket for my 5 year old to use when our family goes to the beach for the summer time. Here is my review: Pros: - Lightweight and comfortable design that my kiddo doesn't mind wearing all day - High quality construction and materials for the price - Adjustable straps allow for a customized fit as kiddo grows - The vest doesn't cut into her neck which she appreciates - Vibrant colors and fun design that makes it easy to spot from a distance Cons: - Runs small, so order a size up if your child is close to the weight limit - Difficult to get on and off because it zips up versus clipping - Not as durable as more expensive life jackets we've owned Overall, this is a great affordable life vest for young kids. The adjustability means we will get 2+ years of use out of it. I recommend sizing up if your child is close to the limit. The zipper can be tricky but the comfort and quality make up for it.
