    • Starlink kit won’t work and Amazon and manufacturer won’t refund it.
Unfortunately, in preparing for our winter camping in Florida, I bought this in October so when we got to Florida in Jan we were outside the 30 days return period. We spent a two days trying to get this to work, finally Starlink said the numbers on the unit and the box were not compatible (it won’t work unless they are). Amazon (after about 5 phone calls refuses to help us) the manufacturers keep trying to tell me it works and will not help me. I needed internet for business so we bought the exact same kit from a local manufacturer and it was very easy to install and started right up. Now I am stuck with a $427 non working Starlink kit. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MANUFACTURER they do not stand by their product. Also, I will never buy a big ticket item from Amazon again. ... show more

Starlink is ok but some of the attachments made for by outside venders are not quality.
