I bought this keyboard for my 7 year old daughter for her beginner piano lessons through the Lets Play Music Presto program. It worked amazingly well for the first 6 months. And then it randomly stopped working. We tried batteries, we tried different power cords. Nada. I emailed the company’s customer service and they got back to me within a day requesting pictures and a video showing it not working and we tried some troubleshooting. I sent them a picture trying to get it to work with brand new batteries and the pictures of the different power adapters we tried. They were AMAZING. They sent us a replacement product that arrived fairly quickly and my daughter was able to continue to practice her music.

Reading through other reviews, apparently this item changes often and different people receive different items. Mine came with a “zither stand,” the keyboard itself, a music stand that attaches to the keyboard, headphones, an adaptor, and a foot pedal. I bought this to learn how to play, so my review is just about what I received. Stand. The stand does not seem made for this keyboard, but it works, I guess. Much room for improvement on this item considering the price of this kit. It comes with rubber straps that are supposed to go around the top part of the stand but are impossible to actually get on there. I ended up taking the little “button” thing off and sewing the straps onto the top rods. The straps then attach to the bottom of the keyboard with a screw thang. Keyboard. I’ve never played and bought this to learn, so the most I can say is “it works.” Does not sound like a piano. It's a cartoon sound - or more like 200 different cartoon sounds. Music stand. Comes with a clip, but it’s too short to clip on full sheet music. Anyway, easily fixable with a piece of cardboard or something. I guess it is made for tablets. Headphones. Over the head headphones, made of cast iron. I can’t use them but my regular over the ears work fine. Foot pedal. Not being a player, I don’t know how it’s supposed to work, but it appears to just make it louder? Wish me luck, players!

this keyboard is terrible, when you put in batteries it is impossible to shut it down so you have to either take out the battery or it runs them down, it doesn't come with an ac adapter but I bought one for it, it also won't turn on, the power light flashes and then eventually it decides to come on but the digtal display of the volume, tones etc doesnt turn on, again the power button does nothing but stay on constantly only way to turn off is to unplug, the product is terrible and not worth buying,

The media could not be loaded. however, if that extreme beginner or kid happen to have an ounce of passion for piano, they will quickly outlive this. I got it on black friday after i saw one at the mall basically doing 0 research just typing piano in the search and I bought this. You can tell the quality of the keys is okay definitely a softer spring, stand is wobbly no matter what I tried you can see that in the video too.. overall its okay, however I know i did myself a disservice using this as the keys are smaller and weight is not all that there. if you're passionate now do NOT buy this keyboard, look into a weighted one

The package seems like a good value, but I would not recommend this keyboard to anyone. The way they chose to "weight" the keys feels totally unnatural and unlike any real piano. It is more difficult to press than a real piano, which makes the keys sometimes not sound if you don't get it all the way down. Even before I turned it on I knew I wasn't going to keep it because of how the keys felt. I would recommend a completely unweighted keyboard before I recommended this. If you want to save your hands/arms from tendinitis, don't buy this, save for something better or get an unweighted keyboard until you can afford something properly weighted. The 2nd star is just for the bundle.
