This was sent in a mailer envelope and arrived squished. When I opened the envelope some of the pods had bursted open and there were espresso grounds everywhere. Espresso tastes great, just needed to be sent in more protective packaging.

Coffee is a very subjective thing. I admit I have an addiction. But I only drink coffee that I think is delicious. For me, my favorite is Starbucks Verona. It's a "bold" roast, as Starbucks defines bold. Strong and slightly bitter. But, to me, the Verona has a "smoothness" (a subjective and slippery word that has one meaning to me but might not be something someone else can relate to) that I really like. I enjoy drinking Starbucks Verona; simple as that. I also enjoy French and Italian Starbuck roasts, but Verona is the one I've decided is my favorite, so that's what I buy regularly now. ... show more

I got these on sale at 50¢ per capsule. Needless to say I’ve been loving making at-home Starbucks lattes for a fraction of the cost. None of the capsules were messed up to where they couldn’t be used but the boxes were slightly damaged when they arrived.

I love these pods. Great pods decent price. Mine where shipped in a bag rather then a box and half of the pods came crushed. Thankfully amazon has great customer service so they are sending me a new one but I hope it is not the same issue again. Amazon if your reading this please ship these fragile pods in a BOX. ... show more
