As a fourth grade teacher, I'm always looking for creative ways to get my students excited about their learning, while also keeping everything under control. Enter what I refer to as "The Talking Stick", which is what I've named this product. My students sit in groups and when they are sharing ideas or answers, each group gets a wand to pass around. The person who is holding the wand is sharing, while others are listening. Students love these because they look cool with their bright colors. It enhances their discussion because they want to hold it, so it makes them more willing to share. I've had my set for several years now, which is proof these are high quality and durable.
